The room was very clean, AC worked excellent we enjoy a cold room, the bed was suoer comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Staff was great, awesome location near plenty of shops & restaurants & a hospital. Hotel room was spacious and clean. I traveled with my family of 6. Breakfast buffet is included and way better than most hotels. Highly recommend! Also they have a nice happy hour at the bar

Everything is perfect except not great for small kids. My 5 year old was not able to have fun at the pool with the older kids. Also the area around the hotel can be described as nightmare construction! When the construction is over it'll be awesome. Beautiful, beautiful hotel, great food and bar and friendly staff. I would love to go back for just a couples vacation with my husband and no kids!

We had an overall very pleasant stay. Housekeeping was very good and very communicative and kind. We had some Issues with food service. In the morning breakfast the pancakes were hard. Every single morning. Whatever the situation is with keeping them in that warmer- it dries them out fast. We came right when it opened and they were dry. Also we requested room service that didn’t get sent. Just not great when trying to feed kiddos.

The stay was very good, but one of our family members is allergic to dogs, he gets his face swollen. The sofa or the pillows or something about the sofa bed has dog hairs or dog remains. He woke up both mornings with his face swollen. I would suggest to have rooms and bedding specifically for pets. And pet free rooms and bedding.

Two things that i didn't like. 1. As soon as i opened our suite a HUGE cockaroach, my kids started screaming and i was stomping everywhere. But it was only that one, everything was clean as far as i saw. 2. I'm an embassy fan, always liked the roominess but on this ocasion, rooms are alot smaller than the older buildings. Other than that, very nice, and new building..
