Great hotel, we had a group of 5 in one room, and needed extra towels and it was no issue at all, anytime we asked they bring them to our door. Beds were made every day room was tidy up everyday the pool and hot tub was great, always plenty of pool towel even with all the kids staying in hotel. They never ran out of breakfast foods,it was hot and delicious. They had plenty of food during the evening hours as well, different evening foods every night. We were there for 4 nights. I have nothing at all to complain about. All of the workers were all very friendly, very polite, and offered to help if needed.

I loved that they served breakfast and dinner. The hotel was very well priced, the staff were very nice and it was clean. The only downfall i experienced was when we went to swim. There were probably 20 people there. More than half were little kids running around and jumping into the pool with no consideration for any other visitors. The parents were just sitting down drinking while their children did this. My husband and kids stuck to a little corner and i decided not to even get in. After a long day I was looking forward to this. This was not the hotels fault so over all it was an excellent visit! I highly recommend

Stay was Excellent family enjoyed it very much. Great breakfast and kickback food and drinks. Inside pool was great also we enjoyed it. We will stay here again ❤

We stayed in a one room suite. Our room was very nice. The linens that went with foldout couch had some questionable stains on them, so we did not use those blankets. We did not call for new blankets since the kids had their own blankets that they could use. Otherwise our room was great. The AC struggled a bit and never got as cool as we would have liked, but it was so convenient for a place to sleep close to Fiesta Texas. The front desk help kept my husband waiting for a while at check in. He was frustrated that he had to keep reminding them that he was still waiting and repeat what was going on and who was helping him. In contrast, the staff members that helped in the pool area and breakfast area were amazing and super helpful. Would stay again.

From the moment of check in till we checked out EVERYONE of the staff we interacted with on the days we stayed we friendly. And when we asked questions or for service no one made it seem like it was an issue or problem, all were willing to help. I know a lot of hotels went to charging for breakfast, but not here! You get free breakfast, free dinner and 3 free drinks per night you stay. Which made my group of 7 very happy. The pool is indoors. And to get to the parking garage as well as any of the floors for the rooms you must have a room key so we didnt have to deal with a lot of homeless people or people who did not belong there. So we felt very safe with all our kids.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It was located so close to Fiesta Texas which is why my family had visited San Antonio. We were pleasantly surprized by the the buffet and drinks in the evenings at no cost!

This place is great. I love the kickbacks. Free parking, 3 free drinks, free wifi, free popcorn, free food, and free breakfast! It's a great family hotel. The hotel was so good I didn't mind the construction near by. You can walk to the Applebee's it's so close. Pool was okay and the outside terrace was a nice place to enjoy my free wine. I will go back over and over again.
