Run down, dirty, bad location (very inconvenient ... de-militarized ... staff terrifed after dark), hot tub doesn't work and was used as a toilet for an infant and toddler (staff didn't care), shower barely works, very loud (people, traffic, trains), no breakfast, wouldn't stay there again

Stayed with my family for a week. Location is pretty good. Except for Sea World, I was within 15 minutes of all attractions (ATT Center, the zoo, Riverwalk, museums, etc.). The hotel is in great condition and it had all you need if you want to stay home and cook dinner (which I did in most nights). The first night, the lower floor neighbor complained that we were noisy (my 5 year old is hard to stay put), and the lady at the front desk moved us the morning after to a roomier suite on the first floor, even offering a treat to my kid "for the inconvenience". From front desk staff to maids, all were extremely friendly and accomodating. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! =)

The big problem is family living up. They make a lot of noise, and you can not sleep and relax.
