While some families praise its cleanliness, kind staff, and beautiful accommodations that match online photos, others cite noise issues, a lack of elevator, and a subpar continental breakfast. Families should be aware that the hotel enforces a strict quiet time, and rooms on the second floor might be difficult to access for those with young children. Had to make several complaints of noise from kids over 2 days. My mom couldn’t sleep our last night due to the noise.

The pictures on the site did not lie. What the pictures showed was exactly what the hotel looked like! Absolutely beautiful! Despite the co structuring close by, the hotel was quiet and my entire family was able to sleep peacefully with no interruptions. The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable about the area and the hotel offered a continental breakfast which had a lot more options than I had expected. Something for everyone in my family (from age 2-adult). Also, their coffee was absolutely the best! I love that they had a keireg in the room, which is what I use at home. We were able to view the harbor from our room (which was towards the back of the hotel, and my entire family was able to walk to the harbor. The wildlife was amazing (jelly fish and dolphins! what a sight!). All in all, it was a fantastic stay at the hotel! I would love to stay again in the future. :)

Overall the experience was great. My one conplaint was an overly talkative lady who checked us in. Even after saying we needed to pee several times she continued to want to visit. We were tired and ready to settle in after a long drive. The hotel itself is great and so was the staff! One moment I did laugh as some dude stood outside our window and slammed a pint of what looked to be vodka. I didnt like the constant congregation of men outside the main entrance either. Made my kids and I uncomfortable. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and overall we were happy and will return.

We loved this stay! The staff was nice, the room was clean. We needed a crib and we forgot to put notes and they were accommodating in getting us a crib/ pack and play for baby! The only downside was there was no tub to wash baby in so had to use the sink. We would def stay again tho

The hotel was selected based on info on Hotels.com which isn’t accurate! Breakfast was nothing more than prepackaged cereal, off brand packaged pastries, bread/bagels to toast along with limited coffee selections and school type juice boxes. The staff wasn’t “rude” but friendly isn’t the word used to describe them either! Lighting in the rooms was poor at best, smell was musty and what hotel doesn’t offer any linen service or room keeping on weekends?? Oh-don’t let me forget “quiet time” as the front desk woman “kindly” reminded me as I entered nearing 10pm with an extremely tired 2 yr old and 4 month old who’d been traveling since noon and weren’t “quiet”. Oh yes-I almost forgot no elevator and family rooms are in the 2nd floor-GREAT DESIGN! Needless to stay this won’t be my choice of hotels regardless of price difference next time I’m on the island.

The hotel doesn’t have an elevator for one-and their family rooms are on the second floor! They advertise “breakfast”-that’s comical! I can bring muffins and bowls of kids sugary cereal from home! The room smelled musty and they have “quiet time” daily from 10p-6a- which the front lady was “nice enough” to advise as I’m walking in with a screaming toddler and newborn and advised me to limit my movement. The beds are hard and lighting in the room is horrid! Worst stay in ever in Port A!

Well we couldn't chexk in til 4 after getting there around 11 but later we were able to come in at 2pm. The room smeeled of fish and cover up of man's cologne. We couldn't have extra towels we had to turn in towels to get new towels. Quite time from 10pm to 6 am beach time kids jumping on beds hitting the walls had to call front desk to Quite it down this was 12am. Breakfast wasn't full bar continental breakfast muffins, Oatmeal, yogurt, cereals, fruits, mils and juice boxs.i guess it was ok. All in all it was a ok place to stay for $500 expected little more.
