Hampton Inn & Suites Port Aransas

Me and my family stayed in their suite. It was very nice and spacious. The breakfast they serve was great as well. The only thing I had a problem with is the jacuzzi not looking clean. It was still swimmable but the jacuzzi just gave me an ick. Other than that I would book at that hotel again!!

Breakfast had a good variety. Good hotel for families.

Not kidding on Excellent rating. Clean and quiet. Very comfortable. All staff were super friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely stay here next time 😀

I had an absolutely horrible experience. I checked into the hotel on a Friday evening and everything was great. The next morning I got up and left to go fishing, while my wife and two sons stayed in the room due to the weather. While my family was sitting in the room someone just walked in to the room, no knock or anything. Never said who they were. Just asked if they were staying. A little while later they were given new keys to our room. Come to find out, we had been checked out of our room after just one night of our two night stay. Not very happy about this. The next morning we got up packed our things, and went to check out. But do to the incident that had occurred, I decided that I better check my bank account. And I am extremely happy that I did, I have 3 charges for the hotel. One is for my original check in for a two night stay, the other two are charges for a single night stay charged twice. I spoke with the front desk and all they could tell me is I will have to dispute it with my bank. Very unhappy

Younger front desk staff needs to be trained to show a higher level of Respect to guests, and not to be snarky, especially when guests are upset because the AC in their room quits working and are expecting the staff to act just as concerned and promptly take care of the situation. The Real Gem was that the Lady who came from the back and was obviously the Mgr. She promptly and immediately addressed the problem, and had the AC replaced immediately. I want her to know that I greatly Appreciate her and Thank her. Her level of Promptness, and Respect towards my wife and I, and the situation at hand, is exactly why I would still recommend staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Port Aransas to family and friends on their trips to Port A.

The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. All staff were very friendly and helpful, and our kids loved the pool! The beds were comfortable which was a surprise. We loved being able to have a hot breakfast on our way to the beach every morning. We would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the cleaning we had no issues at all and everyone was great! The pool was awesome for the kids and breakfast was plentiful!

I liked that the people at the front desk were very nice the room was super clean the view was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was great overall the Hotel was awesome we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub because the weather was cold but my husband and I are definitely going back to this Hotel in the summer time I would highly recommend this hotel to any friends and family for sure.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We traveled with 3 little ones. The breakfast was extremely convenient, the area was clean…our room was clean, it was quiet, the staff was helpful. Overall nice hotel. We’ll be back!
