Many adults openly drinking alcohol at the pool in front of children. The pool was over crowded and we couldn’t use it.

We could have had a great stay if the Hilton would keep properly functioning elevators. Only 1 of the 2 was working. We had to wait anywhere between 10-15 minutes for the elevator each time we needed it. The elevator would stop on the floor regardless if you needed to go up/down and the elevator was going up/down. There were several baseball teams staying and several business professionals so the hotel was BUSY. I was really disappointed overall because the elevator situation made it hard to do literally anything (we also have two very young kids, so the stairs from the 3rd floor down with all of the things we had with us was not feasible.) The hotel also was a furnace in the hallways, we would sweat while standing at the elevator bank. The hotel rooms were okay, we didn’t have issues there but overall just disappointed in the experience.

It was vwey clean, family friendly environments. Loved the pool and spa. Comfy beds and the desk attendees were nice and friendly very attentive and met sll our needs. Easy check in and out.

Love the staff, professional and curtious. I did have my pets with me so we took several walks around property. The staff needs to do daily walks to make sure the doggy poop is picked up because some customers just are not picking up after their fur babies
