Their computer system was down and could not check anyone in. The situation couldve been made better with customer service but instead the front desk agent was very unprofessional and incompetent. In addition to that, he also yelled at a guest who was upset for having to wait for hours with his young kids waiting in the car. the general manager dealt with the problem severely unprofessionally as well and she did not care about the checkin guests that have been waiting for hours and hours. I worked in the hospitality industry for my whole life and I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism from both the front desk agent and the general manager. 10/10 would NOT recommend. I bet this hotel received lots of backlash from that day (12/22/2023) but I really hope the management company takes these seriously.

We stayed Friday night and Saturday during a big soccer weekend with a LOT of players, coaches, and families. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were the nicest most professional staff I have encountered in years. Absolutely fantastic. Great hotel and experience.

The hotel here is very nice. The rooms are very very spacious compared to other hotels. The layout of the room, I thought was perfect. You get some privacy when sharing room with your children and the bathroom was extremely spacious as well with a very cool barn style sliding door. I didn’t get to experience the free breakfast since it ended extremely early at 9 AM.

Our family had an enjoyable one night stay. The lobby and room were both modern and updated. Bed was bleh, not very comfortable, but the ac was top tier! The bar was decent as well as breakfast, my daughter really enjoyed the “Texas” waffle. We dropped my husband at the airport and it was only about a 10 min drive. The area was really nice, close to several shopping centers and restaurants. It was one of the cheaper hotel choices so it was wonderfully surprising stay & we would stay again.

Nice stay for my family after our flight was cancelled. Only issue we had was the doors to the bathroom and shower area did not close all the way.

We were going to be late so I called to notify the hotel and was kindly told by Lewis (not sure if that’s how you spell his name) that he would leave a note about it in the computer, just in case he wouldn’t be around when we would check in. That was nice of him. Upon check in, we were greeted by Bruce who did a fantastic job at making us feel welcome. Our room was clean, comfy, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. Got a nice parking right outside our room as well. No complaints from me or my family and we’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area again.

Went for a family getaway. hotel was nice comfortable beds Will stay again. The only thing is I would suggest investing in another waffle make that line was too long

Our fridge didn’t work and we traveled with our baby so that was very frustrating. Our sliding bathroom door would not stay closed nor latch. Same with the shower door, water poured out every time someone showered. Hotel was hot / humid inside. Breakfast options were below average. Too high priced for all these issues.
