The property is clean and close to a lot of good restaurants. Staff was friendly and courteous. The service left a lot to be desired. We got a suite for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) and the room only had 3 towels so I requested for a few more. After being told someone is on their way, no one showed up and I had to find one of the cleaning crew members on our floor who was cleaning up a different room to get additional towels. Also some of the amenities like face lotion etc were missing in bathroom which are pretty standard items at most hotels I have stayed at.
