Best Western Plus Lewisville Flower Mound

We had a good experience from start to finish. We were greeted by great managers on the front desk & breakfast was included so that’s a plus when having little children.

The staff was amazing everyone was really friendly. Would recommend to my family!

It was a very large and clean room. We stayed for 4 nights, and the garbage was changed and towels replaced each day. Staff was very friendly especially the older lady at breakfast. She was jovial and helped kids make waffles. It does have an outdoor pool that looked great.

The hotel is located in a convenient location to Meow Wolf which we were visiting and there are plenty of places to eat and gas up by the hotel. The location was clean and pleasant. All the stafff we met was friendly and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Every single staff member was exceptional. They always made sure to ask us if we needed anything. We never had to even ask for anything. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. If I ever need a hotel again out that way we will definitely be going back. The pool was really cute and love what they did with the patio and lights. My family had a great time. Thank you so much!

Overall we had a very good stay. The manager that checked us in was amazing! So sweet and kind. There was an older gentleman working one of the nights that i cannot say that about though. My kids were running, which was wrong, he yelled at them and they stopped. But then he continued to follow them around later and tell them not to run. They are older and do not need ridiculed every time they are seen after stopping and being respectful the first time. Secondly our room was nice but had an odor, like a mildew smell, from the minute we stepped in it. I'm guessing it was from the air conditioner but not sure. I just sprayed perfume to help so not a huge deal. They came in daily to make the beds but never replaced the toilet paper so we had to go to the front desk quite a few times to ask for some because we stayed for 5 nights. Other than that, the breakfast buffet was awesome and the lady in charge of that was so sweet and kind. The pool was very nice as well.

Hotel was very clean. Very nice area. Breakfast had various options. Of course my kids enjoyed the texas shaped waffle maker. It was a last minute booking and we were very pleased
