La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lewisville

Was there to visit family. Please have them go to the building that is in front of the parking lot behind the hotel and ask them to fix that light it has been blinking for a long long time and at night it is annoying.

We enjoyed the indoor pool but the patio could have been a little more inviting woth a few louge chairs. Lots of cigarettes were laying around so we decided to forgo that area. The room was super nice and the staff was so freindly and welcoming. The restrooms outside of the rooms were always clean (we were in the one by the pool a lot with kiddos) and I always appreciate the cleanliness. Overall a great stay especially for the price.

I have stayed there over the last three years visiting family. NEVER dissatisfied in anything. Staff has been great, breakfast first rate and room comfortable.

The hotel was nice room was comfortable but it was full of kids the noise level was unreal and the staff wasn’t doing anything about it or the kids running up and down the halls. We had teens up till 2 in the morning sounded like they were jumping off the beds & the music was so loud. Tried to call the front desk but no one answered the phone. Went down and the employee was on one of the couches and the lobby was full of parents while their kids were upstairs alone running the halls. Terrible experience!!!

I’ve stayed here several times but this time was just for one night and it was not what I’ve expected from previous trips. From the time I walked in my room there were dogs or kids constantly running, rolling and pounding on the ceiling above me. I wanted to take a nap before dinner but they weren’t going to allow it. I tried calling the front desk for about 45 minutes with no answer. So I just left the hotel. By the time I returned late the noise had stopped for the most part. I was hoping to sleep in but the stomping started again early Sunday morning (before 7am). People with children should be put in rooms on the first level since some are so inconsiderate of other hotel guests. This is the 2nd time that I have stayed in this hotel and the sink is stopped up or drains very slow. One of the bed’s sheets had brown rust stains on it. Other than that the space in the room is good.

Everything was good. Only complaint was the couch that reeks of urine smell . I think kids maybe slept there but it can use a shampoo between customers.Staff very nice and breakfast was good too . Overall great stay !

Very clean, friendly staff. Easy check in. Decent wifi and very fast elevators. Only complaint is the pool area is EXTREMELY slippery. Would not recommend for young children or people with mobility issues to even go into the pool room.

My stay was great, breakfast was good and my kids loved the pool. The only thing I have to say is have cleaner bathrooms. My shower was a little bit dingy. Overall, great stay.

Everything was amazing! Me and my family really enjoyed the hotel services and welcoming. The area was very nice and near the places we wanted to visit and see family members, I hope to come back to this very same hotel again!
