This was our 25th Anniversary and we got upgraded to a Suite just kidding around for an upgrade lol. From our check in to our check out, everything was amazing and very comfortable. We will stay her again!

Very nice hotel that we will stay at again! The staff is very friendly & helpful! The hotel has free pack n' plays available for infants, which helped greatly with our 8-month-old daughter. The rooms are large and have everything you need supplied, including kitchen supplies for cooking. The breakfast was nice and filling.

I thought I was getting a room with a sofa bed but there was not one. With a toddler we really needed that. All the other hotels in the area were booked. The room we had was right by the front. The kitchen was behind our wall that the bed was on. We got woke up very early from all the noise from them preparing breakfast. You should not have any room right there. So, getting a toddler to fall asleep in a hotel and waking up early ...not great. One more thing, the maid service shouldn't be cracking up and talking loud that early!!!!

Great for family trip. Very roomy and nice breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights. The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. The A/C was broken in both rooms! Miserable night. Every noise heard in room next door -arguing couple and crying baby.

I was told check in time was 3pm. We arrived after a 10 hour drive and two toddlers and a 8 year old asking “are we there yet” more times then I’d like to say. So we were ready to get to our room and relax for the evening. We arrived at 530pm and was told that our room wasn’t clean yet but it should be ready in about 10 mins. It took an hour after my check in before we were told our room was done. An hour we had to sit in the car and wait. There was no luggage carts, while we were trying to haul all of our belongings and kids up there was people playing on the elevators and running up and down the stairs, we waited for 8 minutes just for them to stop clicking buttons for us to catch the elevator. Staff didn’t seem to care. After finally getting to our 2 bedroom suite we realized the room was very small. And the extra pull out bed had stains all over the mattress. The internet was extremely slow that movies wouldn’t even load, but we were offered to “upgrade” and purchase faster speed.... that we did not do, because it seemed unreasonable or a “trap” just to make extra money after our suite was already what I felt over priced. One bedroom, the bed did not have a comforter on the bed just the sheet and a really thin blanket. There was trash all in the parking lot and in the “grass”. There was dog crap on the side walks and parking lot. The bedroom door locks were broken. The remote battery’s were dead, over all I’m very upset with my stay and will not be staying here again.
