Hampton Inn & Suites Houston/League City

We had a hour to kill and as a family of four they would have let us sit in the lobby until check when we got there she said our rooms were ready and let us check In early super great staff thank for the stay

Proxiity to grandchildren and pool.

The staff were brilliant and so friendly. The whole hotel was clean and situated perfect for our families trips to NASA Space Center and Galveston. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at the property May 24th through the 28th. After being up all day traveling on the 24th our family could wait to hit the sack. We turned in at 8:pmand at 10pm we were awakened by teenage boys racing in the hallway. I called the front desk and the night guy didnt do anything. My sister literally had to get out of bed and tell them to stop. Im not sure why there was no chaperone on the floor but we were told they were on the 1st floor. The next morning we go to the lobby for breakfast and kids are everywhere. We ho to the front desk to talk about the night before and how they would compensate us for all the noise and unruly kids. We were told they would add point to our expedia and could not not refund us for the night. Well neither has happened. I am very disappointed I love staying at the Hampton Inns I have nevery had this problem and to make matters worse at 10 the next night the kids were loud and sitting the hallway . The chaperone finally came up at 1130 to shut the party in the hallway down. I just couldnt believe this the morning manager said oh they will be gone on Fridaybut how do you compensate me fir the 2 days that I didnt get any rest and neither did my mom . Even the otger guest were talking about the noise. After Friday it got quiet enough to sleep. The property is well kept.

My stay was not great at all we found bedbugs on our pillow and under our sheets. We politely asked the manager to give us another room and he refused and asked us to tell him when we are checking out. He never once tried to give us another room nor did he try to get us on another property so we were out in the cold and completely ruined our family’s Christmas holiday

The staff at this property was by far the friendliest, kindest, most welcoming and accommodating staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at. Our family was their for our sister's funeral and they helped us get rooms next to each other, they helped us with a place to gather and celebrate her life after her funeral, they provided smiles and warm welcoming hello's upon our arrivals. They went above and beyond for our family and we cannot express our gratitude enough for the staff here. Thank you for being so kind and accommodating in our time of grief. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was amazing too!!

They were so accommodating to our family needs, the free breakfast was great, the hotel was clean and comfortable. They also were so friendly and helpful!
