We stay at this hotel often because we have kids and grandkids who live in the town. We have always had a great experience there when we have stayed before. This time the staff at the front desk was a guy and a girl and the guy seemed to be training. He said the usual "no smoking, etc" that they normally say and then added under his breath "and don't steal anything" and laughed. That is not how guest to your hotel should be treated.

Property manager was very rude and unprofessional also she seemed racist like she didn’t want to deal with my family and I waited in the lobby for about 15mns @the front desk I was ignored my wife even called the front desk and got no answer but the moment the doors slide open and a new family comes in she was extremely nice to them I finally got my towels and left I hate our past experience and the water was cold and never got hot

Locked out of my room since my key cards didnt work they tried 6 sets of keys all the while my kids were locked in the room sleep. No one apologized or tried to address the issue. Nothing but here these keys should work.
