Been staying here 20 years 4 or 5 times a year.A big group came in Saturday night around 9:30 and were yelling and partying in the hallway with their kids running wild.When we called the front desk she said she told them they had to be quiet by 11 pm. We told her the next call would be to the police.She didn't care.Not the same place since Danny left.Horrible customer service.

We’ve stayed here several times visiting family and keep coming back. Very satisfied with quality and rates.

We had 2 roaches in our room on separate days. We asked for an extra pillow and were told they didn't have any. It was 80 degrees and my kids wanted to swim but were told the outdoor pool was only seasonal. We came for a large event and all the kids at other hotels were able to swim in their outdoor pools so that was disappointing. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was sparing. It's a place to stay but not a nice one at that. I can't recommend it.

I typically Chose holiday in due to flea lines and pool but was looking for a cheaper last minute rate with pool for my grandkids well we get there checkin pool not open under maintenance toilet in room pulls from wall whe. You sit on it they definetely need to do some upgrade molding in the bathroom and had to smell skinkweed in the hallways to get to our room told front desk but they were like ok walked the hall and back to desk horrible experience

Convenient location for family visit

The beginning of the stay was wonderful. I had a gentleman that was learning different languages one being french and pronounced my name in french perfectly. I was very amazed. The breakfast was ok, not really good per se. The sausage was very spicy, and the waffle machine did not work well or maybe I did something wrong. The bad part, I thought i read that there was a spa or hot tub inside the hotel, it was outside but at temps of 40-60, there was no way to go into the hot tub. Also, I read 20 comments and saw all had a perfect stay, but we found a german roach in the room on our first night. My husband does not to stay in rooms with roaches. The door to the bathroom looked so warped like the paint or there was too much heat in the bathroom that it was bubbling up and peeling. I asked for a full room clean while my family went out, they only did half the room. They did not make the second bed, trash was not taken by the tv. They did not fill the coffee basket with sugar and stuff like it should be. While checking out the agent misgave my check out to another person and we got there. The good part is that we got the info back but the agent looked tired and had no personality. He even wore a hoodie. I know it is cold but a hoodie really!
