Homewood Suites by Hilton Conroe

It was a nice place staff was awesome but the room i was in the air conditioner was loud and above me it had kids constantly running and makin noise so i really didnt get to rest but overall everything else was nice

We booked the 2 Queen suite, called the property ahead of time to let them know we were going to be in the area and if it was possible to check in early, receptionist took our phone number and said she will call if room become available early, we arrived at the property around 1:50 and went in, first they had my reservation mixed up with someone else’s reservation, then receptionist said, I found it but room is not ready maybe 30-40 minutes, I will call you, 1 hour later at 3:00 check in time, went back inside and asked receptionist to get us check in and room still not ready and she was asking us to wait 40 min to an hour, we had an event to get ready for and we did not have that time, at this point it was two ladies at the front desk, they were not helpful they were not wearing their name tags, our only option was to take a studio, we are a family of 5 and that’s why we booked the suite because we needed the extra space. They said they couldn’t offer us a discount, they said they were going to add extra points to my Hilton Honors account, I asked how many point? Receptionist responded I don’t know, I have to ask, they handed to us the room keys and that was it. Poor customer service.

This is the second time we've stayed here and we like our stay. We traveled with kids and a pet. Breakfast options are good and my kids love.

Super pleased with the location and the facility. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The pool and family area outside was nice too. A decent continental breakfast if you're not limited to dietary restrictions.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom. Hands down if there is a Homewood Suites in any area we are traveling, I will look into it. The rooms were clean, the staff was so sweet. We arrived late and my grandkids wanted to swim. The pool was going to be only open for another 30 minutes. The lady at the desk said she would give them an extra few minutes. We were all so grateful. The price was also amazing!

The hotel was extremely busy and full, but still made us feel welcome. It was a great stay with a very nice room. Perfect location to what we needed to get to, and the family members we were spending time with.

The room was spacious! Nice kitchen area. The beds were comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and actually smelled nice! Beautiful interior. Variety of breakfast to choose from. My favorite was the biscuits and gravy! Front desk staff were very friendly. My only issue is that there was A LOT of poop in one area outside of the hotel. I have kids so i have to be aware of where they are stepping. Otherwise, great 2 day stay! We would stay again for sure!

Everyone was awesome and grateful for Kristen asked me if I needed anything and I actually did the kids were fighting over a very soft blanket and they were able to obtain an extra one for me and to keep them happy 😅 Yummy breakfast!!

Great hotel! All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was big with plenty of room for our kids to spread their toys out and play. Breakfast was AMAZING. The entire hotel was clean and smelled great - including the room.

The Hotel was very clean. Our room was very comfortable. We will stay here again when visiting family.
