The property and staff were amazing.y family lives the infinity pool and hot tub. The area was clean and the view of the ocean was perfect. Ocean access was easy. The room itself met our needs and having a full kitchen was nice. Overall we loved our vaca and would easily return to this same property.

This property is VERY quiet with no dining and shopping options within walking distance. The kids enjoyed the putt-putt and ping pong (apart of the $10/day resort fee). Pool/spa was very nice however the swim up bar was closed our entire stay. We also stayed @ the Signature Collection with the infinity pool and found it hard to get loungers as others from the property across the street where using the chairs. The inifinity pool was for Signature guests only but not enforced. The room and views for our Signature room were great, VERY large accommodations. Unfortunately we paid for this room for the in room laundry. Upon wanting to use found the washer full of black mold. We ran the cleaning cycle twice and bought bleach to try and clean, nothing worked. The mold was embedded into the machine. They gave us a key card for the room next door, also FULL of mold. We then had to load and drive our laundry across the street to the other location. These were very small and always full. This was a disappointment after having paid for the in room laundry. The dryer was also so packed with lint that the screen catcher wouldn't fit. My husband had to use the kitchen tongs and the vacuum to try and clean it out so we could at least use the dryer. Don't plan to do laundry in a Signature room. Finally, they try to sell you a timeshare @ check in. I told them the first day we were not interested and they again called the next day to the room to try again.

Pool wasn’t heated. If it is supposed to be it must’ve not been working properly. Other then that it was a great place for a family vacation.

The pictures online show the “signature” building, and the signature pool, both of which my reservation did not have access too. I made this reservation based on the building and the pool shown in the pictures, so that I didn’t have to cross a busy road to get to the beach with little kids… so I was disappointed that I didn’t even have access to those things. I had to cross a busy road to get to the beach, which is what I was trying to avoid with little kids.

I found this resort late in the evening and booked a room for my family of 6. There was a mixup with the booking and the room I reserved was actually not available! Mikey at the front desk called to inform me while I was en route. He was working alone, but he took a lot of time determined to find us accommodations! He was also so pleasant. He was able to put is in a great room with 2 separate bedrooms - 1 king & 1 queen - and a very comfy sleeper sofa in the living room! We also had a full kitchen for cooking and TVs in each room! We had access to the beach and the resort had great amenities!

When booking through Expedia, I was not aware it would put us as “VIP” status. After driving many miles, I check in, I just want to get to my room not discuss further stay options and presentation slots for “free gifts”. The signature suites are beautiful! With a great view. It did not disappoint! Elevator on south side of building was still down from what I read from a previous review - no worries, our family doesn’t mind doing stairs or walking to the next available elevator if needed. After spending a long day in the sun, however the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms did not work. Windows of the main bed room do not open, not sure if that is for safety, but would have loved to listen to the ocean at night. Amenities around the facility could definitely use some TLC, I know there is a lot of construction going on around the resort, but I think it would be wise to take care of the current first before moving forward. Food was either overpriced or just not that good. The biggest disappointment was the high pitch sales of the timeshares. Again, I’m just on vacation, I get the concept, but when some one says no one time, then 5, take a hint. It’s their job, but enough. We had 3 sales reps try to persuade us. Wish we would have just opted out and paid the extra $30, forget the free gift/passes to local amenities. All set aside. The beach is quiet, peaceful, and clean; and our room was clean and beautiful with an amazing view. For that, we were pleased.

Looks are deceiving. The photo on the main page for this hotel looks phenomenal but we didn't get to stay in that building, we weren't beachfront and we paid a higher price because we thought we had this building on the beach. We were across the highway. The stay was cute and new and clean but no hot water and noisy. Could hear through ceiling and walls. Very disappointed. Also nowhere near anything to do, eat, or see. Hard with a lot of kids and no car. Lyft and Uber were very hard to get that far out. Be aware if wanting to stay here what you are actually getting.

First, after booking thru Expedia two weeks early, the hotel did not have our reservation. Sorted thru all of that until you have to be hassled by sales.Room was nice and clean. Sales dept continually called the room to talk to us, so I unplugged the phone. I didn't pay for the room to get a salesperson on my phone every day. The paperwork from the front desk showed the on-site restaurant would be taking orders until 8pm every night. So after a long day at the beach, we called to order for the family at 7:15pm. Only to be told twice that the grills were already cleaned and shut down for the night. I called the front desk about it and she said it was a third party and nothing they could do about it. Why do I have an inhouse ext to call if it's a separate party? Change your paperwork or hold accountable. Next day realized that no where on property can you get ice for a cooler or drink. We have traveled all over the country and ever place has ice for you. After 3 nights, at 9am,we went to play Mini Golf before we had to check out. There were no balls to play with, so went to the Clubhouse. They couldn't find any, so they had to put in a work order. With 5 maintenance guys standing around, we went to try and find them ourselves. After 25 minutes, a woman came out and searched the same areas we did and then over an hour later, a guy came out and said we couldn't play because we had already past check out time...... Well.... we wouldn't have if the facility cared about their jobs.
