Bigger kids were unruly and not supervised and broke the light in the pool and they had to close the pool.

hotel was "OK", showing its age a bit, but was clean. mny room had one straight backed chair & an office chair. no couch no love seat - luckily it was only me and i only needed a place to sleep that was safe & quiet - fit my needs, but multiple days with the family would have not been a good choice.

One drawback, tiny indoor pool. Great for kids. Hot tub if you use one.

Nasty room. The bed for my kids had no linens or pillows. Broken faucet, hikes in the ceiling, and both phones in the rooms were broken. Trash!

This was the most disappointing hotel stay I have had in years. Overflowing trash cans outside and by front desk when we arrived. Popcorn was scattered all along the hallway on the 4th floor and some candy wrappers too. We all showered and realized that the room was rather warm. I can't get the AC to work no matter what I tried. I turned it off and tried again. Still nothing. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn't work no matter what I tried. I went downstairs to voice my concerns in person. Guy at front desk told me they were fully booked so I couldn't move rooms. He literally stepped over popcorn and kicked a candy wrapper in route to fix our AC. He finally got the AC going but it wouldn't run long. No fan was offered so it was too warm to sleep well. I asked him to speak to our next door neighbors about their screaming banshee child. Nothing resolved there either. Pounding on the common wall a few times worked. I was asked about my stay upon checking out. Clearly the night guy didn't leave any messages for them to correct any problems. They were shocked to hear about all the problems. The popcorn and candy wrappers were still all down the hall way. I also asked them if if was customary for the front desk staff to wear sweatpants and soccer slides while at work. Very unprofessional for the front desk even for night shift standards. This hotel was a HUGE disappointment.

Nice staff! Quiet environment . Working inside pool and hot tub ( some upgrades needed to pool area ) but it worked and was available all we really wanted for the kiddos. Hotel felt safe and was in a great location near Frisco stone briar mall and close to Walmart! We went to game scape in the colony a couple night - great family environment and safe . We will stay again !

Had a cheer competition at Coemerica for my granddaughter. When we first arrived the registration staff had to help another customer away from the desk. There was a little wait but he came back and greeted me and another lady with a smiling face. I just would have thought it there would be another staff on duty. My daughters room was very clean but had lots of stains on the carpet that wasn’t pleasant to the eye. However my room was very nice. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about but it was free and ok to the palette. Overall, my stay was clean and comfortable. Oh. The indoor pool in the dead of a coming freeze and 10/15 degree weather was a plus for the kids. They enjoyed themselves.

I'm highly disappointed with the inside condition of the property. Upon entering the main entrrance. The entire hotel smelled of strong curry from the indian owners having a personal family fest in the guest dining area. Most of the furniture, lamps and carpets is terrible stained and smells, missing light bulbs, need walls, doors and everything touched up. I'm surprised this is allowing in such a nice area of Frisco, Texas! I'll never stay here again! Will only go with American owned establishments (That's if I can find one these days)

Appears to be run by the kids and young relatives of the owners/franchisees. Front desk service was terrible. Gym equipment was broken and I repeatedly told the front desk about it during the 10 days I stayed at the hotel.
