Stayed the night before and loved the place. Went ahead and started another night but got a different room. I’m pretty sure the room was only half way cleaned since it looked like they were in the process but didn’t do everything. The front desk staff was awesome and super apologetic. Said the hotel was full and apologized and would have tampered rooms if available. Set me up with new linens and towels. Slept like a baby.

The hotel was decent for our purposes. Only issue is right next to Preston Rd at least 3-4 lanes each side (55 mph). Was a bit noisy but not intolerable. Probably best to ask for a room not close to the busy side. For people with kids, please please be careful. The windows on the second floor open and there is no landing or window guard. Our window was left open and would have been easy for a climber to just hop on AC and out they fall. I am not sure why window guards aren't a code standard to avoid an accidental fall.

The amenities shared on the site were not correct. There is an outside pool and no inside pool nor was there a hot tub. The breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel but the walls were kinda thin and you could hear the neighbors, especially the kids running back and forth down the hall. Both downstairs bathrooms were out of order. But the room itself was pretty clean and nice.

Their staff knocked our door in the middle of the night and disturbed us alot unnecessory. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Its a complete NO for anyone specially with families.

We liked the staff service. It would have been nice if the housekeeping staff had spoken at least some English. That was an issue twice. We had a problem with the door getting into our room one night because the inside latch had swung over and the door wouldn’t open. After about 30 minutes, with the on duty staff and my son struggling with something that looked like a short bbq fork, my son was able to get the door open. We were there for 7 nights because of a death in the family, and overall, the stay was quiet and the staff was responsive and helpful.

We were moving to a different city. Our 2 year old son was upset because of a change in his daily routine and cried a lot. The front desk lady was rude and insensitive to our situation. She told us in the evening that if our toddler made "noise" at night, and if guests complained, then we would be "asked to leave". I told her that we might have an accident due to driving overtired, but she did not care. We complained to the general manager and received an apology. We will not stay at this hotel again.
