Hyatt House Dallas/Frisco

It was a great experience for the family. They love that there was so much to do in the same area and it was so clean/refreshing.

We paid for the daily breakfast for our family but never got to enjoy it because they close up too early. Our room was never made, the bed and pillows were so bad it gave us backaches & neck aches, hotel phone doesn’t work to contact front desk, we had to call from our cell phones and even then they don’t pick up. We had to keep going downstairs to the lobby to get new towels, we had a broken glass in the room, elevator is way too slow …. I think the slowest one I’ve ever used in my entire life…. Water tasted funny from the water filter station, Service was poor…. Hotel service is not the way it used to be at least not here at Hyatt House. We’ve stayed here a couple times and seems like it’s just getting worse…. Will def look into a different place to stay next time we visit Frisco/Dallas area. You lost a loyal customer…. Not going back there again…

Good for family

We stayed here back in 2021 and really enjoyed it then so decided to book again. Significant changes have occurred. They’ve clearly reduced room sizes, which was a bit disappointing for our family of four but the complimentary breakfast has also been reduced. When traveling with family, these are things that matter. Kids were disappointed not having the Texas shaped waffles.

Outside of our neighbors above who sounded like children or adults fighting our visit was pleasant. Which happen two of our nights while asleep 😴

Rooms were great, spacious, clean, comfortable beds are always a plus! Hard to find hotels with sofa beds as well which was great for our family of 5. Overall great experience.

My family of 2 had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and nice. I have always loved the Hyatt brand hotels and this one also met my expectations. Breakfast was ok and dinner at the bar was ok. However, the chefs/bartenders were nice. I would definitely stay here again if I am visiting.

This hotel is a favorite of ours when visiting family in Frisco! It’s the perfect location, everyone is super friendly, and the hotel is so clean and well cared for! We can’t wait for our next stay!

We love staying at Hyatt hotels. This particular one was pretty new and very close to shopping, restaurants, Ford Center, and other activities you might find useful during your stay. The hot (and pretty good) breakfast was included, which saved us time and money. Check-in and check-out were available online and took me three seconds to do. They send you your room number upon online check-in right away! The room were very clean and spacious, loved the comfort of beds and the sofa in the living room. Would definitely stay at Hyatt again and again and recommend it to all my friends and family.

It was all good. We will be back I will tell other and book for family coming in to town
