Hampton Inn & Suites Legacy Park-Frisco

The stay was just amazing and the breakfast was hot and good had a lot of options for kids and adults I really enjoyed my stay with my family

Our stay would have been been much better if the front desk listened when I said it changed from 2 adults 3 children, to 1 adult and 3 children and room 209 has a terrible loud noise that kept me awake all night long. It sounded like a machine going on and off.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. There were a lot of kids staying in the hotel at that time and they were in and out of the pool, inspite of this the staff kept the place clean. Location was very good too

This hotel was well setup and location was very convenient. The room was comfortable but I would recommend to bring your own pillows if that matters for you. Breakfast was also nicely prepared and they have amazing coffee 24/7. Great experience overall for me and my family. Travelled with a 3.5 yr old

This hotel was one of the best that my family and I stayed. The staff was very friendly along with other visitors. The hotel was up-to-date, CLEAN, room was very spacious for a double queen, soft towels, very comfortable bedding, and the pool was very relaxing. Verlila and the morning receptionist at the front desk were very nice. The complimentary free breakfast was everything and also had a nice dining area to enjoy. My 9 year old daughter gave this hotel a 10/10.

We stayed for 4 days, we had our three young grandkids with us and we are able to clean our own room, we understand the new covid restrictions. But we asked repeatedly for towels, coffee and etc. and other then once we received nothing. I called the front desk and no one answered so I went down to talk to the lady and she was not the least bit interested in helping me at all except to say that she would add us to the maid service the next day. Needless to say no one showed up with anything. The pool was green and one worker told me the pump was broken and they were waiting on a part. When I asked the front desk if the pool was safe to let my grandkids swim in all she would say was that it was open. My husband and I come to Frisco a lot to visit our grandkids and we have stayed in a lot of motels this Hampton Inn is by far the worst motel I have stayed in in years! I don’t understand how they expected us to bathe if giving us towels was too much of an effort for them to do.
