Always love staying at the NYLO. This was our first time with kids in tow. Did not realize the size of the beds. Def prefer staying here when it's just the wife and me. Will be back soon.

The room was dirty. There was hair on the sheets, something strange in the shower and vomit under the beds. Was given a new room, but was still grossed out. The beds were supposed to be Queen size they looked smaller than a Full. All of the floors, walls, everything is cold concrete. The bar in the lobby closes at 11. Oh and we had to bring an extra child with us last minute. When I asked the front desk if they had cot or roll away It would not have never fit in the room. Felt more like an overnight stay at the local county jail. Would not stay here again.

Truly a loft style room with tall ceilings and unfinished walls. However, the bathroom had a sliding door, and was open to the room from the top. The shower was also open from the top with a translucent glass that means people in the room can see your shadow while in the shower. To add to this to say the sink was tiny is an understatement!! Constantly hitting your head while trying to wash your face in the sink. Definitely would not recommend this room to share with other people that are not family.

We love the NYLO and stay here every time we come to the Dallas area to visit friends and family. The process of booking and checking in is seamless and the facility is always clean. We especially love the design of the rooms and interior space. The price is always really good as well compared to others in the area.

This isn’t a cozy stay for more than one person. The bathroom is TINY and the shower isn’t ideal for family. You can see the silhouette of the person showering from the rest of the room ( not comfortable for me or my son). Our bathroom door didn’t close all the way so the person on the toilette was still visible. Majorly disappointed and will not stay here again.

This hotel is perfect for the no frills traveler who needs somewhere to sleep, shower, and study/ work. The room is cold and uninviting, the bathroom sink is barely big enough to wash your hands or brush your teeth. Not enough lighting, which meant the room was DARK at night. I would not recommend bringing a family to this style hotel.

This was not a great setup for families. Our bathroom did not have hand towels, washcloths, or soap for hands. It also did not have a mini-fridge. We requested one and they brought a huge mini-fridge that could only be in the walkway to use while we were there. The room size was really only meant for 1 person. The bathroom was not super private with a sliding door that you could still see and hear through. Not a great spot if you want traditional hotel amenities.
