Very clean, friendly customer service and comfortable! The breakfast was great to with many options. Perfect place to stay for our family vacation.

Check in was a little chaotic. I got my keys and went to my room, the keys didn’t work. I go back to the front desk and she “fixes” my keys. Before I can go to test the key my husband calls and says a family just walked into our room. I head back to the front desk to get a new room or an explanation and she tells me I am in a different room in a different floor. I finally make it up the room. There is still tape on the walls from a terrible paint job in the bathroom .Additionally, the pillows are so flat and old. I won’t be staying at this location again

Room was clean, was able to get extra towels quick from front desk (1 adult & 4 kids). The only thing I did not like was the front desk person “informing” me that it was their policy that no more than 4 guests per room… this info is put in in advance before booking… so How was I allowed to book room? I just smiled & walked away. Overall ok, breakfast was great, plenty of scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage & waffles!

We stayed here while visiting family and really enjoyed the clean and quiet room. Felt very safe and welcome.

The microwave was dirty inside before use. Now we are being charged $100 due to them accusing us of messing the microwave. We popped popcorn but it looked awful before that. That is an old microwave and small and doesn’t cost $100. Last stay for us and we have stayed there often while visiting family

Our stay was fine, other than the pool situation. Hotels.com listed that there was an inside pool. There was not. There was an outdoor hot tub that was green with bacteria and ice cold water and an outdoor pool that was falling apart. We were on a family trip with young boys who were excited to play in the pool. There were concrete slabs that had become detached, that were laying by the pool. It was dangerous, and we couldn't let the boys swim. I am very annoyed by the lack of transparency regarding amenities.

We got family suite and the sofa bed was in bad condition, mattress was old and felt like you were sleeping on the springs.

While searching for a hotel I set my filters to guest rating of 8+ and this hotel came up. After reviewing the location and proximity to where I was going, this was a fit and the reviews looked good. This hotel is nowhere near what the reviews and ratings say. First thing we see is the elevator is in bad shape, tile is broken and residue of spills on the elevator walls. In the room, the first thing I see is a large vertical crack along the back wall corner. The restroom is what did it for me with the water pressure being very low, stains on the walls. Above the shower it looked like they did some patching of water damage but in the repair they did not bother to paint with a matching color making the repair area very visible. After being there for 30 minutes thinking it all through and trying to figure out how I ended up at this place, I decided I was not having my family stay there and immediately checked out. This is not a place where you would want to have your family stay at.

Room 204. Renovations are desperately required. I took thirty photos of wall cracks, peeling paint, stained carpet, loose door hinge screws, rusted hinges, wall plate screwed in with a single sheet rock screw above sink, urine on toilet where bolt cover exists-all week, no cleaning. Additionally paint hasn't been scraped from the shower walls(one minute to remove it), pillows are low-quality. What is so difficult about having a manager go into each room and open their eyes? Use a checklist for each room. Breakfast is mediocre. Potatoes are horrible, ham is full of gristle, waffle batter is not good, bacon has little flavor while sausage was not good quality. The older woman taking care of the area is clearly miserable. I called the desk three times but could have called many more times due to loud, repetitive noise above me and from 202. Loud, rude guests with wild children up at all hours in their playgrounds. Staff did go knock on 202 and order parents to keep children under control. I was down for training at Bell Helicopters and did not get the sleep I needed. Traffic on I-30 was impossibly loud.
