La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Worth NE Mall

We were moved rooms 3 times in two days due to malfunctioning AC. The room got so hot the first night my kids were upset and sweating. The pool area was not clean, had bandaids on the floor, and soggy food.

First night there- my daughter jumped out of bed after seeing a bug crawling on her bed- we turned on a light and there were more. I took a picture and went downstairs, we were moved to a new room- after that it was terrible nights of sleep- my daughter refused to sleep in the beds- and slept on the chair - not what we paid for. Our last night there- the fire alarm went off continuously about midnight- hotel was evacuated, we had to be up at 4am for our flight home. My sisters family was also staying there- I saw my niece waiting around the front desk because they needed toilet paper in their room - the guy at the front desk wouldn’t get her any- so I helped myself to empty the TP in some stalls in the lobby restroom. NEVER AGAIN!

Alex and Vanessa were very rude and inconsiderate. I tried checking in at 2 with an early check in but was tols they do not offer that by Vanessa, and to come back at 3. We were visiting my neice since she was having a rough time. I only wanted to show her a good time. When we came back at 3, I was told to have a seat for 30 minutea because they were doung a shift change. When I was finally allowed to check in, they said my neice was not allowed to stay with us, because the rooms were only for 4 people. It was me and my husband, 2 children, and my neice who is a child. They wanted me to pay for another room. I ended up taking her home after they went swimming. After we finally checked in we put our things in the room and left the room. Another patron informed they found bed bugs in their room which was room 106 and we were in 210. As i was checking the room, we found drugs and trash all behind the bed, like they never clean and their was alcohol in the fridge. It was diagusting. Then to top it off i signed for $50 deposit and they had took out $60. I tried to resolve that by letting them know of the clerical error and show my transactions from my bank, only to be told i was lying. This place is horrible, filthy and the staff lacks customer service. Will never go back and suggest everyone else to stay away

no hot water, broken shower head. asked for a new room and was told no. staff was rude. kids running around everywhere making a huge mess.

The property and staff were ok. I understand there is only so much that an employee can do. However, we got woke up at 2:40am to the fire alarms sounding. We were evacuated (with a 2 yr old) out of the building and it was cold outside. Still didn’t get a full understanding as to what happened and why we were evacuated for 10 mins. While trying to take a shower, there was no hot water. The breakfast was as most as we could expect. Bad experience, especially with a kid and no explanation or anything.

Terrible customer service i had to wait 38 minutes at front desk to someone come to help me there were four families in front of me waiting to check in this persons sad they were waiting to somebody to come to help the to check in for a 20 minutes I call to a number to ask why they were not were assisting customers since I was waiting for 30 minutes and they told me the reason no body was at front desk was because were short on personal besides that they had paper sheet taped on front desk that say that they will have house keeping only every other day and if we need towels we had to down to service desk to ask for sorry I was disappointed

The staff was awesome they made us feel like family. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had to change rooms after the first night due to cleanliness issues with our room. The second room was better but still not like it should have been. Since we booked on a 3rd party we couldn’t get a refund otherwise we would’ve changed hotels. We also had other family staying at the hotel and they had to change rooms the first night because the bed was horrible. Would not recommend.

We had to wait 20 minutes to see someone to check us in. The room above me had small kids and they were destroying the room by the sounds they made jumping and playing half the night

Rude worker, would not let my wife and 3 kids check into our room because the maximum im people in a room was 4….our 5th person was a newborn baby
