The room was very dirty. I asked management to clean it, they did have 17 days because that is the time frame of my reservation. The front desk went up and just pushed the debris from the couch to the floor which was already filthy. There were stains on the curtains, the mircowave and mini fridge were dirty and dusty and white stains on the ottoman and floor that could be cleaned but were not. I asked for another room but they didn't have one and offered to clean it again but it was 11pm by then, we checked in at 6pm and went to dinner and in that time frame they were supposed to re-clean it. The hotel smells of dank moisture, marijuana and body odor from a gym. There are people loitering around so if you have a kids, not the place for them. I did appreciate the managment offering to clean it even though it should have been clean in the first place and offering a refund. It was disappointing to have to look for another hotel at 11pm at night on a Friday, we had been traveling and were tired. All we wanted was a clean, safe place to sleep. I guess it might be considered "safe" since the police were constantly in the parking lot.

Perfect place for family of 5!

We traveled to Fort Worth from Pennsylvania for a family service. Needed to find a hotel that was close to our area of need. Thought the hotel was very nice.

It was a wonderful hotel. The price was awesome and the front desk person was very nice and informative. I had a small issue with my room door but when I told him about it he went up right away with a tool box and fixed it. He was a very pleasant person, great customer skills. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable, so far I think the most comfortable beds in a hotel that I’ve experienced. We had to queen beds and a sofa bed which accommodated my family of five. The breakfast was outstanding and the morning staff were really pleasant as well, especially the woman who was preparing breakfast, she was so kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here twice now with children. It’s a safe and clean property to stay at. The staff was friendly and made the check in process fast. I don’t want to book anywhere else when in town since this property has everything I need.

We knew we were taking our chances by the reviews and with limited options in a small town for a basketball tournament we took our chances. Would definitely never stay again. Our first room had dog hair covering the couch and random food all over the floor. We asked for a cleaner room and they had us move one floor up. This room had wet stains on several areas of the floors and the bed was far from clean. Most areas seemed like pet stains and hair and the air conditioner had a horrific burning smell. We decided to stay as it was already after 10pm and at 11pm the front desk lady used a key card and tried to enter our occupied room thankfully the latch was done at the top and she said she wanted to see what the room problem was. We explained we had sleeping kids and she was very loud. We ended up just leaving after that and not staying. We were all a little creeped out

The room was very musty took awhile for it to cool down. There was bugs everywhere in the restroom and entry way. I had to ask front desk to borrow a broom to sweep everything up. The toilet was also full of dead bugs. Swimming pool was small but decent. The whirlpool does not work. Small towels are left by the pool door. No room service. When asked for more clean towels they kept saying i had some in the room qnd could use those. It was for a family of 5 and only 2 towels were given. The walk in shower had a curtain but it does not keep the water in the shower area so the entire bathroom floor is wet. Breakfast had cereal, muffins, sausage, eggs, waffles, and yogurt. Saturday morning at 7am they had mowers all around. Being at the bottom floor just made it worst. I would not ever be returning.
