Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Worth West, an IHG Hotel

Room was very comfortable. We were a family of two adults and four teenagers. We had a toilet issue and we were able to get a plunger from the front desk. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone wouldn’t work. The lines wouldn’t stay in the back of the phone so you could connect.

I was traveling with my husband and 3 kids so we needed a little extra room. I booked a 2 queen plus sofa bed suite. But when I walked in to this huge suite with living area off to the side, I was beyond happy!! Definitely did not disappoint!

Hotel was fine but unfortunately it didn’t have a restaurant and nearby walkable eating wasn’t noted. I’m a senior in town for a family members burial, staff was unable to recommend or assist me find travel to the event. Very disappointing!

The only problem was loud kids running around the room above us on the 4th floor.

Had plenty of room for my family of 6 just noisy up above us until 1 or 2 a m

We called to request an early check in they told us no because most their housekeeping staff did not show up and we would not be able to check in until 3pm we get there at 3:15 and they told us our room was still not ready. The room was not ready until almost 4 pm. we get in the room and there were stain on the pillows and sheets, carpet was dirty and the RR wasnt even swept. We had a family event so I didnt even have time to call an complain. Rushed to get ready because hotel check had already made us late. Get back ask for late check out and the front desk night clerk said no you dont qualify for late check out because you booked third party and not directly with us. I said but you guys didnt even have our room ready by check in. She said well that is just when you can start to check but you have all day to check in. I said but it was not my fault that your housekeeping did not show up. check in started at 3 and you didnt have the room ready until 4 annnnd my room was dirty! to whick she responded sorry you dont qualify forlate check out. Such a NASTY ATTITUDE! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT HOLIDAY INN!
