Hot tub is nice. Golf and outside fireplace is also cool for my family. Great place.

This was a wonderful place to stay, overall. There needs to be a pillow option of firm and soft in each room instead of giving super soft pillows. The ac was in a terrible spot in the room -blocked by the desk, so the room didn’t get air as quickly cooled down. There needs to be more parking in the front and on the sides, because there really aren’t many spots unless you park in the back -which isn’t safe if you’re a lady or someone with children. The facility itself was very clean, every worker we came across was super friendly and kind, the pool was nice and the pool area wasn’t humid at all which makes it even better. We’d definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and staff was very professional and courteous. Marriott however had one of the worse breakfast of any hotel we stayed at. Not family friendly at all. Choice was either an omellette or waffles. The omellete is made fresh and very good but no fruit options or cereal for kids unless you paid extra for it. No milk or juices either unless extra charge. No cereal or toast for kids. This hotel is too costly for such limited options. Also room is only cleaned once per 3 day stay (towels are replaced daily though) but the room charge for each day is the same. I've had better breakfast optons at LaQuinta, Holiday Inn and Hamptons.

Safe, and quiet place. Good for people with kids. Pool stayed open 24 hrs, and my kids loved that. Close to good resturants, which is what us adults loved.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay! The beds were super comfy, rooms and restrooms were clean. The maid staff were friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast waffles and omelets were made-to-order by friendly kitchen staff. Sadly the only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the front desk were not as friendly. They also didn't explain things in detail, such as, how breakfast ordering and purchases from mini store work. They made me feel like I was disturbing them when asking questions.

Reserved 2 rooms requested adjoining, 4 small children in heat all day, showed up and they only had one available, cancelled and left and went to another competing hotel.

We stayed 3 nights at The Courtyard. Check-in was very easy, I had reserved an "Extended Queen" room. Very roomy, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there visiting my daughter and her children. The kids enjoyed the pool very much as well as the Courtyard with a beautiful fire pit, seating area's and outdoor covered TV area. The Breakfast was VERY good! Everything was hot and fresh, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles or an omelet all made fresh for you. Check out was very easy and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I’m from Fort Worth, lived there till my 30s, but return often for work and family. The Cityview area is good for me, and there may be a dozen hotels just in the immediate area. This Courtyard is now my favorite for several reasons - 1) the included, cooked-to-order omelettes are very, very good; 2) the gym is adequate, as I used it everyday for the past week; 3) the outside firepit and landscape and small putting green are very nice. The indoor pool looks nice, but I never used it. The location in CityView is very good. The room is nice with a big sofa, very comfortable bed. Best value around, as I’ll likely stay here anytime I’m in FW.

Let me preface my review by saying that I am aware all businesses are short-handed these days. Physically, the hotel was fine, as you would expect. I had a difficult time getting service from housekeeping (needed a bathmat) front desk(needed help printing a boarding pass) and breakfast staff(lost my order and had to wait almost 40 minutes for an omelette. Normally, I would overlook these things, but paid more than other places to stay because I needed to be comfortable during my stay for a family health emergency.
