When I got there at check in time the room was not ready. We waited almost 45 minutes. Then went to the room and it was not what I booked. I booked 2 beds because I was staying with my 3 kids. The second girl that helped us was very nice and gave us a second room and split the cost of the 2. It was hotels.com fault for the over booking.

My stay was excellent! I especially loved their complimentary breakfast bar. The food was delicious. The overall cleanliness was great. The only thing I didn’t like so much was the beds but other than that it was ok. My kids went swimming in the pool to cool off after a long day outdoors. I’d definitely recommend and also stay again if I’m ever in that area.

Mostly everything was great. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. Unfortunately, my room smelled horribly of dog urine. I checked in late in the evening and my young child was already asleep or I would have asked for another room. I did tell them at checkout the next morning and they were friendly and receptive and she let the cleaning department know.

We traveled with our two children 1 & 7 years old! and we really appreciated the sink, microwave & frig to store our baby's milk and be able to wash his zippy cups!!! the room was completely spacious. there is a curtain between the bed and couch/(bed) that my daughter love allowed her a bit of privacy. Breakfast was delish I have not one negative things to say honestly. We will be staying here again no doubt. Pluckers was literally next door if you want to go eat and my daughter also enjoyed having The Main Event right next door at walking distance!! Just Amazing location!!!!

Everything was quick and easy the staff was friendly and our room there were zero complaints and I have 4 kiddos with different personalities so this is saying a lot.The sleep was comforting with no worries about our personal items or our vehicle which made it difficult to leave really I would recommend this stay to anyone especially those looking for a good night sleep and with kiddos.

It was very clean. We have stayed at other Home2Suites, compared to those others, the food didn't taste the same, they weren't very good at keeping it stocked either, staff was very friendly even to a gentalman that came in one morning, asking them to call the cops because their trailer had been stolen. It was a good 5-10 maybe more before the lady picked up the phone to call the cops. I was charged more than was I told the total would be, along with they wouldn't let me pay over the phone for the room so my family member could get checked it ( we didn't notice the difference of options pay now pay later with hotels.com). Our family member had to wait for 7 hours for us to get there. Hotels.com wasn't helpful either when it came to this problem. We have used hotels.com for many years, & we will most likely no longer book our stays with them anymore.
