I chose this hotel because Hotels.com showed it to have handicapped accessible rooms with 2 queen beds and a chaise suitable for a small adult or child to sleep on. It also showed to have a hot tub and a handicap accessible seat to enter swimming pool. When we went to our room it was dirty. Evidently housekeeping skipped it. Then we were offered a king bed with chaise accessible room which would have put 3 adults in the same bed so that was a no. We were offered a standard room and it would not accommodate a wheelchair. Finally we were offered a second room for a reduced rate. We finally took that even though it meant being on 2 different floors. The hot tub does not work and apparently hasn't for months. The accessible chair for the pool didn't work. Upon checking out the next morning, the manager did take off the charge for the extra room which I did appreciate.She said Hotels com had been informed the hot tub hasn't worked and the room type advertised/offered on the site did not exist and they had told Hotels.com this but it was never corrected.

The room was advertised as being able to sleep 5 however there was only two queen beds with no pull out or anything. They also wouldn’t allow a roll away bed as it was apparently against fire code so one of the kids had to sleep on the floor. When we called the desk to inquire about the situation the one gentleman was really nice and trying to work with us but when we got passed to a woman who refused to give her name her best suggestion was just go to another hotel.

The overall stay was okay but we chose this particular hotel because it advertised a heated indoor pool. The pool was not heated, nor did the hot tub work. The kids were very disappointed and we felt mislead. We will find another hotel chain in the future.

Everything was great,no complaints. Stayed for six nights and would book rooms here again. Close to the family we were visiting and close to restaurants, shopping, and other places we wanted to go. The hot breakfast every morning was a BIG plus. The thing that impressed me the most is that I felt welcomed and safe there.

The staff was friendly, the amenities were excellent, the room was clean, and the bed slept like a dream. I enjoyed my stay, and recommend this facility to my friends and family.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! When I checked into room 313 I walked into my bed not being done, booger stains on my sheet and the pull out bed not being done. I called and the lady at the desk said “oh we don’t dress the pull out bed anymore but there’s sheets in the closet and hung up” Come to find out, there were not sheets in the closet for the sofabed. after I called again housekeeping did make their way to me with sheets for pull out bed and pillowcases and new sheets for me. They brought one small blanket, thinner than a hospital blanket, for my two daughters to share so I had to make a trip to Walmart for blankets for my kids so they were comfortable. The housekeeping lead was sweet. The other lady working with her was huffing and puffing the whole time. If you don’t half ass something to begin with, you won’t have to redo it. Okay so this is all within 20 minutes of getting there. THEN my daughter decides to go PEE…. The toilet got clogged. Then I had to go find someone to fix it. They didn’t really care about it at all. I told them I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit and nothing happened. I will never stay at this hotel again I dont care if I make my whole vacation around hulen st mall, I will never stay here again.

Good sized room and spacious, but carpet was worn out, and woke up to seeing baby roaches on the night stand and on the wall. Shower was bery dirty

Very dated hotel. Two front desk ladies were nice upon arrival, but niceness doesn't make up for the problems at this place. Rooms are not cleaned every day. They didn't explain that upon arrival. We also had to go back downstairs and request a maintenance person to realign the tilted bed onto the frame. Trash is not taken out daily (the trash cans don't fit much except tissues; it's easy to fill them up, especially if you have leftover containers/drinks from restaurants). We asked for fresh towels to be sent to our room since we finally noticed the small sticker in the bathroom, advising that, "for our comfort," the rooms arent cleaned daily. Note: the room didn't have a phone, so we had to find the phone number online and use a cell to reach the front desk. The lady said she would put in a request to have our room cleaned the next day, but that didn't happen. We had to call again and two staff members came, but said no one had requested cleaning for our room. We saw two bugs in the room, one of which crawled on my kid's pillow. It seemed like they came from behind the nightstand between the beds. We saw more bugs in and around the old, indoor pool. Visible water damage stains were on our room ceiling. This hotel needs a real, gut renovation - even the elevator made loud, squeaking noises which was quite concerning. The only good things that allowed me to give 2 stars were: the breakfast staff was nice. They had cute, TX-shaped waffles and the dining area was clean.
