Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fort Worth West l-30 NAS JRB

We had a very comfortable relaxing stay. The property is small which makes everything easily accessible and feel very homey. The pool is well maintained and great for families with small children. We also enjoyed the small balcony.

We stayed here for one night—a family of 5. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and outside pool area. The only complaint I would have is the type of guests staying there. The pool is fenced-in but surrounded by rooms with patios and balconies. People would come outside and smoke (cigarettes & other things). The wind was blowing and everything seemed to travel down towards the pool area, choking us on the foul smells. We didn't swim long due to this reason. Overall the stay was okay for one night.

Stay one night with family. Clean room. Clean beds. Great service. Walls a bit too thin. But overall great stay!

The room was spacious & clean. The staff was so kind & considerate! The first night there was a school bus of kids staying next door & above us. They were noisy & extremely loud! I called at 10pm & was told they would take care of it. I think about 3am, they went to bed...

Backstory first..... My 2 teens and I were staying here while we going through a situation for a couple of months at this point. I paid everyday, my children bothered no one, I never asked for anything extra.i was told I had to leave because I sometimes paid online( when I couldn't leave work usually) and other times I paid at front desk. This throws off the mgrs booking schedule, causing him to have to do some critical thinking and rearrange a few things. Too much work I guess.

The convenience is what made me choose this place. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The cleanliness is quite good. The bed however was kind of bad. I am not a fan of a hard firm mattress. And this was definitely that. The worst absolutely most abhorrent thing about this place? Was the other guest. People tend to forget about others and carry on like they are the only ones in the building. The screaming children in the room next door, the slamming of the exit door down the hall in And out at all hours of the night. The excessive alarms as you repeatedly lock your car. The basketball playing of people in room 203. The full blown Drunken conversations outside the doors of people trying to sleep. The guests are entitled and arrogant in their lack consideration for others who might be sleeping. Ohh Amd if you think this is a low brow sort of guests. No. It is a soccer mom and grams and gramps sort of place.

front desk lady was very rude. Drunk people in the pool trying to talk to a minor children. Sketchy people living in the hotel. NOT safe.

We usually stay here once or twice a year to visit family. The place is a good value for the money. But our recent stays have had problems. This visit, the computers were down, so check-in took a long time. The elevators weren't working and the side doors weren't locked, which is a security concern. The room was clean and breakfast was good, but they need to step up their game a bit.

Amazing per usual! This is the only hotel that we stay at when visiting family in Ft Worth; it's literally 2 minutes from my aunt's house!
