Great stay! Very comfortable rooms for our group. Each room we booked had 2 rooms with a queen each and a bathroom in each room and then a pullout couch in the living room. The rooms were all clean with comfortable bedding. The oool area was great and nice to sit around while the kids swam. The lady at the desk was super helpful the morning of our departure. One of the families we went with left their 5 year old son’s shoes and shirt at the table. Some in our group said they saw them that morning but didn’t realize it was their’s. The lady at the front desk went way beyond my expectations looking in trash cans and then finally tracking down the cleaning crew who wound up having them and had not yet turned them into lost and found. Thank you Residence Inn! This will be our go to place to book when we come to Dallas with this large group. (we actually do this often!)

Our family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults) stayed in a 2bedroom suite with kitchen. The hotel itself was decent and the staff was really friendly. The room however was out dated. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were an added bonus. We did have a kitchen but like I said it was outdated, but we managed. Close to a few restaurants. We did enjoy the gazebo outside our room to sit and relax. We wish the pool was opened, but it looked like it hadn't been serviced as no one was using it. Breakfast was your standard but they had different options daily, the option to fix breakfast burritos was really a nice touch. I would stay here again if I needed another 2bed/2ba combo. Overall it served our needs.

I chose the property for the location as it is close to the hospital where I was visiting a family member. The room was not very clean. There were bits of paper on the floor and it smelled musty. One window was slightly open and it would not close all the way. The deal breaker was that the toilet would not flush! When I reported this, they didn’t seem surprised. At least I was refunded in full.

This hotel is in a very nice high traffic area but the condition of the hotel needs to be more upscale for Marriotts standards. We had an old hull out peeling chair and the room needs paintings and carpet made my kids white socks black. Yuk!!!!

Very nice and clean -- pleasant pool area. Good for business but somewhat isolated from shopping or other interests if traveling with family.

Since I only have 1500 characters I will only summarize our experience: Night 1: After unpacking everything, ( Fam 4 and 1 pug), we discovered the microwave shorted out while we were trying to use the vent hood for the stove. Called the front desk and due to limited staff were moved to another unit. Packed up everything, got to the new unit and discovered one of the bathroom sinks was clogged so bad that the debris and prior residence’s hair was grossly visible wrapped around sink stopper. But since the front desk said she is the only person present, Ok..not a problem. Night 2: After a long day, we got back to the unit and wanted to make the kids some dinner, looked in the cabinets and no frying pan. Called the front desk ( BTW can only call via cell phone because the room’s phone is disconnected/disabled) and again will call me back because no one available. After about an hour, no call back so we decided to get Asian takeout. Which was productive because I ended up using the chopsticks to unclog the sink because it was one of the reason why we rented a 2B/2B. At 3 am: the fire alarm went of and continued ringing for about 10 minutes and finally went off by itself Morning of day 3: at 9 ish am, fire alarm went off for about 5-6 minutes Night 3/Morning 4: alarm went off again at 5:14 am, called front desk, this time for over 15+ minutes , went off. Around 6:30am, Fire alarm went off again for about 3 mins, called front desk. More details but limited characters available

Customer service was nice. The hotel itself is outdated, my family can see dust, the door does not look secured (I put a chair by the door at night, didn't want to change room for the second time), toilet has water coming out, and there are no sheet cover for the sofa bed as you need to ask the receptionist. Seriously, this is the first time I had this issue. Not sure how they have these ratings. The good things is their location were closed to where I want to go and they are a few minutes from In n Out. Will not be coming back.
