I stay at Hyatt Place locations where / when available. I like the standard across locations, so I know what to expect. Second time at this location. While under renovation, the place remains clean. Nice hot shower. Nice and clean breakfast area. Room was clean. Tub spout and shower head covers were exposing pipes, but did not affect the nice hot water. In town for the solar eclipse, I can see other families with kids, for a Monday, probably in town for the same reason. Staff at check-in and check-out were attentive to us.

The staff was friendly and hospitable. BUT they have 6 floors, one working elevator, a busted office center (computer/copier didnt work) and they are in the middle of construction. And dont forget to "tell" them you want a cleaned room. Im not kidding...no garbage, no cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, clean towels...nothing unless you schedule it. I have no problem with upgrading your facility or changing your housekeeping service. I do have a problem with paying in full for a hotel experience without being told in advance that they were under construction and all of the current non working issues. Communicate and let your customer decide if that is what they are willing to work with for the price.

The pictures of the property online are not as thr hotel appears. Theres a costco right across the street, and a huge building behind it, so theres no possible view of anything. The pool was broken and drained the whole time we were there and there was only one working elevator. The beds are very firm, and the pillows were horrible. There was also some sort of construction being done on the building in the window right above ours and we were be woken to loud drilling. Over-all, not impressed. If you drove by other Hyatts (like the one in Fort Worth) this one is like the forgotten step child. Others are definitely in better conditions than this one.

The accommodations were amazing. The breakfast staff, Irina and Monica, were outstanding and afforded my family and I to enjoy a last minute breakfast. They went above and beyond.

We had ants in our room, also immediately after getting in bed, we (toddler and I) started itching and I was bit by something, not sure if it were bed bugs or ants but I had an uncomfortable night so I slept on sofa

I stayed with family for the weekend. Elevators 1 out of two was out of of order. 2nd elevator hardly worked l. We're given 4th floor. Most of the time we took staircase up and down with luggage and stuff in hand. The lock inside bathroom didn't work. There's no microwave to heat up our food. Very disappointed.

The elevator was not working like it was intentional since kids were there for a basketball tournament room was dirty food on the. Carpet curtains had cigarette stains carpet had stains in the floor dust everywhere on the furniture in the room missed about coffee and tea available at the end of the dining area 24 hours a day

On first day my toddler was sleeping on the bed and there was a spider on the bed. There were stains on the pillow cases plus there were flying ants. On our second day we requested for cleaning but they didn't. One of the front desk associate was very mean. I took a picture of the spider, ants and the pillow stains.
