The property was great. Cleanliness was okay (dirty wash rag in the shower but overall clean). One lady at the Front desk was very rude to our family. Might be the rudest I had ever encountered. Breakfast staff were absolutely AMAZING.

The service throughout my stay was amazing but my room wasn’t the best compared to last year when I stayed in the same hotel. The sliding door to the bathroom kept getting stuck and off track, which wouldn’t have been safe if I was alone & my family wasn’t there to open it from the outside. The sink and shower kept leaking after turning the water off. Lastly, there was a smell in the room and the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I was very surprised because my last stay was perfect and this time I had a totally different experience. I believe everything is fixable and wouldn’t mind giving the hotel another try because the location is perfect and near the mall & downtown.
