Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Medical/Market Center

We were here for a family reunion and spent the night after flying from Washington. They were very accommodating to our large family. It was clean and quiet and the room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

CLEAN & QUIET with great Staff! Looks like an older hotel that has had a recent remodel but done VERY well. CLEANEST hotel I have been at in a long time, kudos to the cleaning staff. I felt very safe traveling alone with my youngest child. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Will stay here again if in the area.

Nothing special. It was sufficient for us. We booked 3 rooms for family for a quick overnight stay last minute. The Pool kept everyone happy and entertained. Room was ok, nothing to write home about. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. I will mention I was given the option when I booked the room to prepay for parking through Expedia, which I did for $5 additional per room. When I arrived and checked in, they wanted to charge me $11 per parking spot. I told them I prepaid and they said they had no record of it. I showed them my confirmation that says “free parking” and of course they said, no such thing as free parking. They couldn’t understand that it was simply prepaid. They ended up not charging us for parking at the hotel and giving us the passes, but only after we were hassled about it.

Picked this hotel because of proximity to Midevil Times and the Dallas Zoo. Had reasonable rates and good reviews. All staff members I interacted with were very friendly and professional. Check in was quick. Rooms were very clean and in good condition. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked well. My wife really liked the large bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner that were mounted in shower. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. Assortment of danishes, cereals, eggs, sausage, and waffle maker. Nothing special but plenty adequate for a quick bite at hotel with family before heading out to the zoo. There is a Dennys right next door. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel is in need of some upgrades. There is a lot of old items and furniture in the rooms. The room also needed a deep clean. Though surfaces were wiped down, i don't know when the room was actually thoroughly cleaned. We were put in a room that adjoined with another though we didn't know them. They were super loud and we could hear everything through the paper thin walls. The halls and rooms smelled like wet carpets. The evening front desk woman with the dark hair was super friendly and helpful. There was hardly any concession items at their market. The breakfast was well put together. The area didn't feel that safe for a woman and child so be aware of that factor. I was charged for parking and I didn't even have a car? Wasn't the best stay and we've stayed at a ton of Fairfields.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was extra clean and the A/C worked fine. Comfortable bed with clean bedding A+. The man at front desk upon arrival was very friendly and caring. When we left that evening for our family event the woman at the desk was not too happy to be there; never greeted nor smiled. I did not like that we were charged for parking at hotel’s parking lot. Otherwise everything else was good.

Nice and kind welcoming staff, pool had multiple people smoking right at pool where kids swam, bedbugs found in bed during night. Staff tried to remedy with room switch but said they did not find any. We showed them bugs found in middle of night and brought them to front desk.
