The Bevy Hotel Boerne, a DoubleTree by Hilton

All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana

I liked the beds and pillows. It nice accommodations in Boerne close to family.

Visiting family and stopped here to enjoy the pool for a few hours before meeting everyone. Pool was lovely. Hotel was clean. We ended up with a room near the elevator and ice machine and thought we were in for a disaster of a night but never heard a thing all night. It was great.

We stayed with our two kids because we had to drop them off at camp the next day; It was perfect for our family. They had a nice pool and restaurant so we didn't have to leave. Grabbed brunch at a nearby restaurant the next morning.

Quick night stay with the family. Very thankful to have found a nice little two mile loop to run. Safe and clean.

We are a family of 5. We were traveling through on a one night stay during the week. Staff was extremely nice. The hotel was clean . The room smelled good and was extremely clean. The area felt safe. Easy check in and easy parking.

We had a wonderful time on our family trip. There was only one issue with the room above us, heavy foot noise. The hotel staff handled the issue quickly and was very professional.

We booked through Expedia 2 beds… once we got to the bevy front desk informed us that they do not have 2 beds available because they were not expecting 2 beds reservation and they did not clean the 2 beds room. We were forced to find another hotel to accommodate us at midnight with little kids…. Very inconvenient

We arrived at the hotel in the late evening, 11:30 pm, to be informed that the hotel did not have the staff this day to completed their list of rooms for cleaning. They offered to “upgrade” us to one king bed- we had booked a two queen bed room because we were traveling with children. We then had to scramble at nearly midnight to book another hotel. I hope this is a rare occurrence- however the other family we were traveling with was told the same thing and also had to find accommodations at a nearby hotel. A lot of grief could have been prevented with a simple call ahead of arrival to inform us that there was bit actually a clean room available for us, regardless of having booked one.
