Hampton Inn & Suites Boerne

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. The AC situation wasn’t the best. The hallway and elevator were so hot we were melting between our room and the first floor. We also had kids on the pullout by the AC unit who were freezing while we were hot over on the other side of the room. Overall it was good but those things could have been more comfortable.

The hotel was great . I did not enjoy that people brought there pets to to pool when it was clearly posted not too . Haing a family of 8 get in the hot tub with children and a baby was not comfortable. We just left... Room was great clean and comfortable. No remote in room . We had to go get help for that .

We called about our room to see if was ready, they told us it would ready and check in at 3pm. So we arrived at 3:30 and need to check in quickly, so we could meet family at 4:30. They didn’t have the room ready, tried to down grade our room so we could check in, and told us no refund? There was no manger on-site and they said they were under staffed and can’t clean all the rooms? The front desk people were so ugly and rude, we left and had to find another motel. We of course were late to meet our family, but found better accommodations and the kindest staff you will ever meet at the Fairfield inn across the highway.

Hotel is very nice. Our room was clean. Staff was very friendly at check in. Only thing is road construction getting to it. The kids loved the pool. They wanted to go the next day , but it didn’t open until 10:00am.

I booked this hotel because it look fairly new and well-kept and because I knew my kids (ages 7, 5, and 4) would love the pool. The water features were not on at the pool most of the time(s) we used it and without the water moving around, the water and pool were very dirty. The continental breakfast was pretty good although they were out of milk-- seemed odd to me a staff member couldn't have just run out to buy milk until the next shipment came in. The room was nice but had a very dingy feel smelling moldy and very dim lighting. There was no fan in the bathroom and you could see the water damage because of that and I'm sure it also led to the smell. With the location of this hotel, it was difficult to get to and from places. For example, the Starbucks is basically next to the hotel, but the feeder road is only one way so you would have to go all the way around and under the freeway and back to drive there. The customer service was fine, but it took someone a very long time to greet me when I first arrived. I had to go to the service phone in the doorway to call them out.

The fireplace was a nice addition that is not typical. We were given a balcony room that was pleasant to take advantage of. We were able to enjoy watching children playing in the pool. The amenities in our room were very nice with plenty of room for each of us to do as we pleased comfortably.

Out of coffee on a cold day checking in and in the colder evening returning from family gathering. Surprise no shower cap for lady and only one small bar of soap. Staff was polite and told them needed a bigger sign for their only entrance location.
