Bathroom doors did not lock and barely closed. Doors to the rooms had huge gaps at the door frame you can see through. Our family stayed in 4 different rooms and all of them had these issues. Front desk was not rude - because they were almost never there. When they were it was more like they were being inconvenienced by us.

We chose this hotel because we have family that lives here. But it's wonderful hotel if you plan on going in and out of San Antonio. Easy to get on to the interstate, and get into the city. There's a lot of great places to eat in Boerne, downtown is beautiful. Beds were comfortable, hallways were quiet, could have used a little bit more variation in the breakfast if you're staying for a while.

We've stayed here multiple times on our way to visit family. This hotel is very convenient, friendly staff, the room rates are good and they allow our dog. Some wear and tear in the bathrooms, but the room is always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also good with lots of options.

The location of the property was convenient for ingress and egress to I-10. It was a central location for us with our sightseeing and visiting family.

I have never encountered a room with so many things wrong. Upon entering our room we were suprised at the size small compared to others we've stayed at. The restroom smelled of mildew. The shower curtain proved to be the culprit of the smell. The bottom of the curtain was lined with mildew/mold. The bathroom door didn't close completely. There was water leaking from the ac unit. And although housekeeping had cleaned the room before we arrived my two toddlers found remnants of the previous occupants. Needless to say I was not impressed by the hotel at all I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

LaQuinta is always at the TOP of our list for a comfortable place to stay because we have dogs. They love it and we love it. Front desk gal MARY was very positive and helpful and quick. Room was spotless and smelled good. Mattress was better than the one we have at home, slept like a baby. Breakfast and coffee in the AM always appreciated. Nice pool but we didn't use it. Rate was spot on. Thank you again LaQuinta!

Black Mold in Room. Waited an hour for service and never came. No urgency to remediate. Only response was that they were sold out and had nothing to offer me to fix the situation or accommodation. It was race weekend so most hotels were sold out and premium pricing for a last minute booking everywhere else. By the time we got a new hotel most restaurants were closing, and too late to use any amenities, it was a huge cost to our family in so many ways. They didn’t care. Hotel is lipstick on a pig. Smelt musty the moment we walked in the lobby.
