I wanted to enjoy my stay but a staff member (male, shoulder length blonde hair) whose name was not disclosed to me by hotel staff, made mine and my family’s stay less than ideal. Without giving a long explanation no one will read, he was rude, had zero empathy, and was unhelpful. He tried to ‘fix’ the situation by giving us cards for free drinks at the bar. The hotel itself was clean but definitely not family/kid friendly. If you just need a place to sleep and grab a drink, this hotel will work for you. I’d never stay there again though because of that staff member.

This is a second time we are stayed in this hotel and we will be definitely back again. Staff amenities room dining and drinking options are excellent. And on top of that they are pet friendly. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family members thatvwill travel to Austin

I stayed at the hotel during the Christmas holiday to visit family. I really enjoyed the hotel stay. I liked the room decor, onsight food options and free adult beverage at check-in. Unfortunately, the reason for the low rating has nothing to do with the hotel itself and everything to do with the company they use for valet service. The valet damaged my key to my Porsche to where I can use the panic button. As a result, I won't be staying at the Arrive hotel ever again!

Loved my room and all the amenities! Staff was welcoming and friendly! Wished I could have sat outside on upper deck to read but it was locked off. Hotel didn’t seem super full and on my last day a crying baby arrived in the room next door … would have preferred they would have been a little further away.

ARRIVE made our memorial day trip to Austin nothing less than amazing. The room was so cute and very clean. The service at the front desk, as well as the valet was exceptional and would highly recommend this hotel to friends, family, and pet owners. Can’t wait to stay again!
