Hilton Austin

I had a great time during my stay. The front desk staff and the guests staying in the hotel were all really friendly people. The 24 hour gym was really nice. I would've liked if the pool would've been opened later than 10PM. During my 2 night stay I didn't notice many kids in the hotel and when we were at the pool it was a good amount of people in the hot tub that I knew wanted to stay. I would recommend that it stays open till later on the weekends. During my stay I noticed on our beds blanket there was a big brown spot at the end of the bed that I'm hoping was just mud from someone's shoes that stayed in the room previously from us. Last note that I was a disappointed about was the parking. Paid 675$ for a 2 nights stay. I was not aware there is a fee to park at the hotel. I was very confused why I got charged 90$. I called customer support and after 30 minutes of transferring me to other departments to figure out why I got charged I was finally told that it was for parking and that i should've seen online that there was a parking fee to park at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel I was confused on how the parking worked so I asked the front desk and he said as long as I had a hotel key I was good to park down there. I was not aware I had to pay 90$ to park at the hotel I'm already paying for. Me and my guys do a trip to Austin 2 times a year this is the hotel we decided we would go to every time we come down. other than the parking the stay itself was very nice.

Hilton Austin was fantastic, clean and cool! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends to here to Hilton Austin. Who doesn't need Starbucks? Best regards, Justin Miller

Remove the homeless people from the front entrance while waiting on your car from valet not safe for your guest nor children to see

Great staff, great location. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Very nice hotel in the middle of a not so nice area. Would not recommend for families.
