Fairmont Austin

My mother and I planned a family visit and got caught up in the CrowStrike debacle! We were stuck in another town for several days and missed our original check-in and scheduled services. The Royal Service Team was exceptional in every way!!! They helped us rebook everything, gave us white glove service and even made arrangements to have milk & cookies available for my grandchildren when they came by to visit. The room was immaculately appointed and super clean; the restaurants and bar are superb; the hospitality team is super professional and accommodating; the entire hotel feels more like a resort— it’s absolutely beautiful. I will be staying here every time I visit Austin!!!

Escaping from Houston for our near monthly natural disaster and widespread power outage. I actually felt a little bad about living in luxury while checking in with the Houston situation. Fairmont had everything we needed for our impromptu mini-getaway (family of 5 with 3 small kids). Massive pool open til 10, attentive concierge (we got our money's worth in nespresso drinks in the room), 24 hour room service, awesome views, good location downtown! I'd rather keep putting money toward stays at Fairmont than investing in a generator at home.

Excellent property to visit with kids. My two girls—7 and 9 — loved the pool area. We ordered room service, which was better than expected and on time. Before we even left my girls were planning their return trip. Would go back!

I honestly never write reviews but The Fairmont Hotel truly stands out, not just for its luxury but for the remarkable service provided by its valet, more specifically Giselle. Her professionalism, warmth, and efficiency elevated our stay from good to unforgettable. Giselle's attention to detail and genuine care for guests made the Fairmont a top choice. During our stay my family and I would be excited just to turn in our car at the end of the night. Her exemplary service is a shining example of hospitality done right.

Excellent in every way. The construction around the property was the only inconvenience, but we don’t fault Fairmont for that. We will stay again and have recommended to family.

Checked in to this hotel and Can at the service desk was absolutely wonderful. He was able to check us in early which means a lot and he was very friendly. Every time we will leave or come back the staff would greet us. It very clean but I will say if you visit during a holiday weekend be prepared the pool is not a family friendly environment. And just like any other big city there are homeless around but they do not bother you. They are just lingering around but it wasn’t a issue just doesn’t look the best but nothing you can do. Other than that this hotel stay was 10/10.

We visited the Fairmont for the second time in 2023. We came back because we loved the amenities and facilities. Our stay last weekend was excellent, thanks to Nathan's great attention at the front desk. He received us with a great smile and explained the hotel amenities and facilities, and made suggestions for visiting the surrounding areas. We did not get such a welcome during our March visit so we could have had better expectations. However, Nate changed our opinion about the entire staff, and we strongly recommend the stay primarily based on how much happiness he brought to our family with his kindness. We have visited several US and European hotels, and Nate made the stay at Fairmount our favorite. He brings excellent customer service lacking in many places around the world.

Stay was great! My family had a great time! Pool was great esp in the morning. Only complain how crowded the pool gets with all outside guests.

This was a very fun family trip and we all stayed here in three different rooms. They upgraded us because this is the first time we got to stay at this hotel. The service was magnificent and we were treated so great.

Wonderful hotel for adults, does not cater to kids. Which is fine but a kid friendly menu would have been appreciated.
