Our family had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a hiccup with the valet. One of valet left our car's accessories button on and the battery was drained. Luckily we had a jumper pack and got it started. Despite the inconvenience we had a really great ti.e and would be back.

The staff in the Gold Lounge went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Extremely friendly. We were celebrating mine and my daughter’s birthday and they ensured our birthdays were extra special! The hotel was beautiful. The room was a little small when we added a cot for our son; however both kids enjoyed having their own bed to sleep in. They offered shuttle rides to anywhere 1 mile from the hotel in a beautiful BMW. So convenient for us as it was pouring rain and we were taken to the museum. The driver took the time to email me dinner recommendations after she dropped us off. This hotel stay was the highlight of our trip!

Third time here in the last 3 months-our kids and grandkids are in Austin. Every time we stay here, we like it better. This time we used the pool and the Revue restaurant for a late dinner. Food and service we great. I grabbed a cigar at Rules and Regs on evening and it was a gracious experience. Each of our 3 young grandkids stayed with us one night and the loved the breakfasts, afternoon snacks-what kid would not like that array of candy , and after dinner desserts at the Gold club. All the staff was more than accommodating to us and our young grandkids. This place is awesome.

Awesome hotel, every works perfectly, staff is one of the best I have experienced. The Gold Experience was worth every penny , our grandkids loved the club room for breakfast and treats. I could go on but the best I can say is we made our reservation for our next trip to Austin before we checked out. Kudos to the Fairmont.
