Comfort Suites Austin NW Lakeline

As we walked down the stairs one morning, there was a man (could have been homeless) that was asleep in the stairs. That was dangerous and scary with my family there. Lots of construction around so hard to get in the parking lot.

This place was absolutely horrible and disgusting. I had to change rooms 3x due to the smell of fresh cat piss in the 1st room, and the 2nd room had a broken drawer between the beds that stayed open. The 3rd room had a broken AC that wouldn’t turn on. Several of the outdated electric outlets don’t work, and it’s just a dirty place altogether. It’s owned by an Indian family but they weren’t even speaking English when trying to resolve my issues which was interesting. I chose to get a refund and slept in my vehicle after the 3rd room with major issues, I was done.

This is not a business man or family stay this location is hardcore I saw an individual with his car jacked up with tools everywhere working on a car ppl hanging out in the parking area look like day laborers the restroom was filthy so I didn’t stay I left immediately but after three hour travel I needed to use the restroom

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! When I first arrived front desk lady was nice...I had my family go up first to room while I go to Walgreens to get medicine for my daughter. When I got to room I noticed the trash wasn't taken out or any bath towels left. Like they didn't even clean the room. I called them to get more towels and toilet paper. After sitting on bed I started to get itchy. I ask everyone else and they said they don't feel anything. I took a shower and sat on bed again and started to itch on my arms and legs. Then I noticed my daughter itching. Thinking it may just be the sheets we kind of ignored it. Then my son saw a bed bug when he moved the pillow. He got a napkin and killed it. I called the lobby right away the guy who answered the phone was rude when I told him the situation. He said he can't accommodate me no rooms available that have 2 queen and he need manager approval for a refund. Long story short I went down to talk to him in person and he was still being difficult. He printed out a cancelation letter but nothing showing me a refund. We went back and forth and he was giving me some nonsense that that's how their refund looks like. I still have not seen a refund!

We had a family trip and stayed this hotel for two nights in September, it's a terrible stay , the Elevator made terrible noises, we were afraid of it and had to use the stairs for the rest of times. I booked the reservation and paid prior to arriving the hotel, but the front desk staff said there is no reservation under my name at all. It took more than 40 mins to resolve the problem as they mixed another customer with same last name. however, when we tried to use the access card to get into the room, it did not work at all. It happened in the next day as well. The hotel is totally not well managed at all. Not worth the cost listed. I requested to get a contact information for hotel manger Fenil Patel to share about my complaints, Called her a few times and left messages but never heard anything from her until now. Now I fully understand why the comments from many customers all are very negative.

The room full of mold smell and bathroom didn’t work in my room where me and my kids had to use the lobby’s bathroom . They didn’t change my room or gave me a refund I tried to reach out to the manager who never respond back. It was terrible vacation.

Surprisingly well-kept and clean with very soft bedsheets, comfortable bed, large fridge and a sink! The hot breakfast was pretty decent too, but many items were instant versions that forced you to use a microwave. And it ended right.at 9:30am on the dot and they weren't playing around. Our family was still eating when the kitchen staff came out, put some things away, and then turned the lights off on us! The guy sitting at the table next to us shared a look with us like "wow." They seemed a bit under-staffed (which is par for the course these days) so it was hard to get quick assistance on anything. All in all, I would give this stay a 3 out of 5. The room was comfy so we'd like to stay at a Comfort Suites again... but maybe at a different location.
