Staybridge Suites Austin NW, an IHG Hotel

One of the worst hotel experiences. The beds were very uncomfortable for everyone in the family. I slept on a sofa bed - it was a cheap, low-quality spring bed, probably several years old and never replaced. I'm still suffering from the back pain I picked up during the stay. I regret staying in this cheap hotel.

Large room for the whole family

Seems new. Great price on junior suite. Sheets and bed so good! Location not on I35 but was worth the job off the highway back to Dallas.

Nice, clean room with convenient kitchenette, comfortable mattress. Very good breakfast. Very convenient location for our family visits. Proximity to Starbucks a bonus.

Went to Austin for a weekend get-a-way with the family and choose Staybridge due to the location, the amenities and hotel newness but ultimately we chose the hotel because of the reviews. The reviews gave it one of the highest rating in the entire city and after staying there, they were all true. Wonderful place to stay and the Continental Breakfast was very well organized and diverse. Our only complaint was the Front Desk Staff. They were not friendly at all and lack any sense of personality. We seemed to be more of an inconvenience than actually being a customer. Overall, we would go back and stay again.

My wife and I took a trip to see all new additions of grand kids and sister family. We stayed in extended stay type hotels near each family. This came out to be 3 hotels. Your hotel was such a nice change in that your establishment was very nice and clean. Our stay with your hotel began with our check-in where Ashley greated us in such a warm and welcoming way. She is priceless and hope your hotel knows it. PS every person we met at front desk and throughout hotel were all very helpful and nice, thanks! Your room was well maintained and allowed us to get good rest in between visiting family.

Best hotel experience in a long time. My family got two rooms: one with a door into the bedroom and two queen beds and one set up like a studio with a king bed. The kitchen was fully stocked, dishwasher and all, we had brought our own champagne glasses and dishes, but it was unnecessary. The hotel is set off the road enough that I didn't hear a peep even though the room I was in was on the road side. I could hear our neighbor's amorous activities which was obnoxious. Otherwise it was quiet, but there weren't many guests. The room with the door into the bedroom was a little cramped but only because they were trying to fit so many things in the room. The laundry facilities are great and the breakfast was amazing! It is far from downtown, but convenient to the lake, shopping, and restaurants. It is next to a car dealership and an irrigation ditch which may bother some but I didn't mind at all. I didn't use the pool which was on the small side since it was winter but they had it full and clean for those who wanted to brave the cold and take a dip. We were already checked in when I arrived so my only experience with the front desk was to buy laundry detergent in their "convenience store" and they were no where to be found and there was no bell for service so that was a little annoying. There was a nice and clean fitness room off the laundry room. They had a small computer center but I didn't use it. Free Wireless. They do allow dogs (I don't know about cats). Overall I highly recommend this hotel!
