Stay was great until a loud sound happen at 1am and then we had to listen to a terrified screaming baby. Not sure what the noise was but it was like a big bang. Was def kind of scary.

Was here for one night with a friend and our kids for a weekend trip. The first rooms carpet was wet and dirty. As soon as we walked in the room it felt muggy and dingy. I asked to be moved to another room was upgraded to a queen suite which was better. However, still not up to my standards of cleanliness. We also booked because of the free breakfast. When we went down for breakfast around 8:45am there was no eggs, no milk, there was hardly any food. There were other people comparing and waiting. DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT STAY HERE! The place needs repairs and remodel. I wish there was a way to get my money back.

Celebrating a family birthday we reserved several rooms. The only issue was one person was you didn’t have a room for him!!

Only one elevator worked the entire stay & it creaked like it was going to stop working. . Our room was never replenished with fresh towels or toilet paper. The trash was never changed. When my family & I decided to stay another night, the girl at the front desk didn't change out our room keys, so we were locked out of our room. When we went to the front desk to get it fixed, there was no one there. The lobby was FULL of people waiting to be serviced. The guy thar was supposed to be at the front desk was at another property working there as well. Very disappointing, and needless to say, I WON'T BE BACK!
