This has become our go to hotel when visiting family in Cedar Park. Everything is always so nice . . . The staff is friendly and helpful. Love the walkin shower. So easy for us older folks!

A group of families stayed at the Aloft for the local Austin Ninjas competition and the hotel was fantastic for us. Great pool. Fabulous outdoor area where the adults could relax but also keep an eye on the kids. The drinks were delicious, the food was great. Rooms were clean and modern and terrific. And the staff was super great with the kids being patient and asking how they did in their competition. So fantastic!

The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. My kids skin broke out from whatever was in the room. We spoke to the front desk and they said that the room was going to be at no charge due to the bad experience.

First room got assigned had the security latch broken off and there was a weird splatter on the desk leading us to think it was not cleaned properly. Let the staff know and they provided a $10 drink voucher and free breakfast for 2. 2nd room placed in was fine but then when it was time to iron clothes the next day, realized it was missing the ironing board. Next time I book an Aloft I will book the domain instead of Northeast because it didn’t seem family friendly based on the noises you could hear through the walls as walking down the hallway. The domain one was more business travel so it would have been better for my family

It was ok! Traveled with family seemed more businesslike than family like. But it had indoor pool and hot tub. It was an ok place to stay but not somewhere I would probably choose again.

Warm pool and hot tub and comfy queen bed. Very nice and friendly staff. There were some ants in the bathroom of our 3rd floor room but they were the small harmless ones. Our family with two young kids enjoyed the entire stay.

Room was nice and hotel is good. Workers kind. but our stay would have been so much better if the windows in our room didn’t let in so much light. Really wish they had real blackout curtains. Especially when you have kids and as soon as they see any bit of light, they are up and ready to go. Which was around 5:30/6am here at this hotel 😬😝 but other than this issue. We liked this hotel because it was in a safe and quiet area.
