The property was nice and the room as well. The gym left much to be desired. The entry door lock was broke, treadmill kept blowing a fuse, the exercise was missing a pedal and there was missing weights. My kids and I like to go to property's with a gym. Not sure if I would return.

The hotel was incredibly clean, parking lot was well lit and felt safe. The only complaint I have is that a gentleman for house keeping knocked and immediately opened the door with no time to respond which was really alarming since I was traveling alone with my child and we were trying to get dressed.

We enjoyed the free hot breakfast with flavored coffee, flat pet rate and our selected room style minus the mold in shower and the noise from children running above us. Not much the front staff was able to do to correct the running noise issue. IFor a hotel advertising pet friendly, there was little to none of an area that was grassy for walking dogs. It was harder to get our dog to properly use the patches of dirt to go to the bathroom.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family. The bed was not very comfortable. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. Luckily my kids were small and didn't have an issue. If an adult or teen were to sleep on it it would have been a problem. The AC units in the room were extremely loud. The breakfast was pretty subpar. Eggs were way overcooked. Hash browns were soggy and not crispy. For the price we paid, it was adequate with a really good location if you want to be near North Austin. If you want some comfort and better quality food, seek other accomodations.

This property was small, nice, clean and quiet. The kids enjoyed their time at the pool. We received towels upon request, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, hotel was clean and pool looked wonderful despite the influx of construction workers staying there working on the new children a hospital next door. Although we did not see it upon check in- we did see several homeless living in what appeared to be an encampment in the wooded area near the hotel; it appeared the hotel built a fence around the property to mitigate this. Overall no problems and had a good stay.

Check was extremely easy the young man at night was extremely friendly, helpful and nice. Hotel was clean, as was the rooms. The phones didn’t work but not a big issue. The ladies in the morning was just as friendly and nice. Check out was fast, good neighborhood, extremely quiet didn’t even hear through the walls or anyone upstairs, I had requested a room on the 1st floor, my little service baby was welcomed.

The property was decent and the room was average. The bed was comfortable and the kids seemed OK with the pull-out couch. The pool wasn't heated but was warm enough for our Minnesota kids to still swim comfortably in April! The complimentary breakfast was great (which is why I rated a 4 instead of a 3). The make your own waffles shaped like Texas was a hit with our family and also tasted great! There was also always a warm protein option like eggs and sausage/bacon. Another plus about the hotel was the strong water pressure in the shower. Overall, an average hotel and it worked fine for a quick 2 night stay in Texas.

This hotel was located in a good part of town. However, it’s an outdated hotel. It smells old & feels old when you walk in. Our room had ants on the window sill. The bed we had still had springs, and felt like we were gonna sink in the whole night. If your a man making a solo one night trip this could be for you but don’t recommend for a family.
