I was is room 14 ground floor there must be a boiler room or ac room to my left because all I heard was clicking and banging all night. Doors and walls are paper thin I could hear everything in the hallway from people talking to kids screeching to housekeeping carts and them talking to each other. Other than that is was ok. Didn’t get any bed bug bites so that’s a plus. The bathtub is tiny and I’m a small guy but at least it had one. Better than sleeping in my car in the Walmart parking lot!

Area outside dark, no signs of Security!:( Vagrants allowed to linger in parking lots, car break ins? Never was there an attending clerk at desk when entering facility. Housekeepers entering room without knocking. Stay was pleasant, enjoy time spent with family.

Our stay was great for our family of four. We only stayed one night as we were passing through town. The breakfast offered in the morning was amazing and fresh. If I had to say one thing, more towels are needed in the bathrooms. For a family of four, we only got two towels and had to request more. Not a big deal but off considering we had a room with two queen beds.

Went to this hotel with family for a volleyball tournament. We checked in late 9pm and we didn’t have to wait for staff. The room was clean and beds comfortable.

I went to check in an got my room. When to room and someone was cleaning the carpets and would not5 be done for 2 hours. went to front desk was told I would have to pay for a different room. Ordered no refund. Was very rude. Then the room I ordered online was not the room she tried to give me. So was double charged, kids running around all night trashing the place.
