The room and beds were comfortable and clean. We are a family of 6 and the entire time we stayed, our toilet would not flush. A maintenance man did come check on it but never got fixed and we continued to have to go down to the lobby to use the bathroom our entire stay.

The staff were very accommodating and kind and it was extremely easy and quick to check in and get up to our room when we arrived late at night. The room was clean and the pull out couch was great for the kids!

Very unsatisfied with this hotel. The only reason I gave it a 2 star was for the complementary happy hour and restaurant. The staff were great in these areas. Absolute worst part of our stay was a hotel staff swooping into our room and seeing my naked 6 year old daughter. No knock it care to see if the room was occupied. We had the TV on and kids being crazy. It was not quiet in our room. Other cons: -Sticky floors -Linens and trash all throughout the halls. I couldn’t even get the luggage cart down the hall without hitting sheets and trash. -Room telephone didn’t work -No fitted sheet. Gross. -No sheets provided for pull out couch -No towels at pool -Only 2 towels in room with 4 guests

The room was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Facility was nice. The reasons for the poor stars are; 1- No soap in the rooms and when I went downstairs they stated that they were out of soap. So we had to go to the store and purchase soap for our family. 2- We went to the restaurant for dinner. We ordered the tenderloin medallions and shrimp appetizer. It took them 55 minutes to get the food out. The place just opened and at the time we were their only customers.

I visit Amarillo 3-4 times each year. I usually stay with family but have stayed at various properties around Amarillo when a hotel is needed. By far, this is the best property Amarillo has to offer. Great location to ballpark and centrally located off 1-40 and Canyon E-way. I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites across the country and I like the spacious rooms and breakfast options.

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to assist our hockey team of 18 families by assisting us with getting an area to watch team film. We have stayed before and they are always extremely impressive. I cannot say enough great things! We will now stay there anytime we’re in Amarillo!

Everything was superior. My family and I stay at Embassy Suites whenever we travel. This is one of the best we have seen.

Lots of kids were running around screaming so the pool and other areas were unusable. The hot tub was ice cold. The sauna was broken and had wires hanging out of the wall. The bar seemed to be out of everything and understaffed. There was almost no water pressure and almost no hot water in the room. The furniture was stained. Walls were covered in dust. Was assigned a different room than booked.

We loved our stay! The pool was so nice and warm and had really flexible hours for us to enjoy with our kids. The breakfast was outstanding and the parking garage was nearby with convenient access.

My room was unavailable. I had purchased a double king bed to sleep 3 children and 2 adults. Upon check in I was made aware that my room was unavailable and was moved to a room with a pullout couch. Needless to say pull out couch was horrible. One of the Staff members was burping loudly behind us while we waited for an elevator. Then the elevator doors opened and he ran into the elevator with a luggage cart even after seeing that my family and I had been waiting for an elevator first. Very unprofessional.
