We got to the hotel at 11:30pm and no one was working. Meaning, there were ZERO staff or employees on site. There was a sign that said they stepped away for a moment, and to call this number. We called the number and it went to voicemail. We called the hotel, and it just rang right there in front of us. After 12 calls, a child answered the phone and got the “manager”of the hotel on the phone. He said he would be there in 10 minutes. We waited and waited, and no one showed up. We had to go to another hotel at 1am with 2 children. We will never waste our time on this hotel again. If there was a fire or emergency with someone in a room, there was absolutely no one there working. Unacceptable.

The hotel was really nice. Clean, modern and large room. When we arrived there was no one manning the front desk. Waited 15 minutes for staff to appear. Also there was a travel baseball team staying at the hotel and the kids were slamming doors and carrying on loudly in the hallways until at least midnight.

Breakfast was slow, they had no bowls and communication was limited due to none of the staff working the breakfast area able to speak any English. Every question we asked we were shown the employees phone screen which said “I’m sorry I don’t speak English “ So my toddler ate fruit loops out of a coffee cup

Clean and comfortable, only bad side is that we were a family of 4 and we only had 2 towels in the room. I was on the 3rd floor and had to down to the lobby for extra towels.

No one at the desk when we checked in waited about 20 minutes for someone to show up at desk. Room was reserved for family of 5. Only 2 towels in the room. Had to go down to get more towels. Other than that stay was fine. Room clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Your Girl at the front desk for check in is amazing very sweet and gave me any info needed. Bartender at the restaurant was also friendly Great service. And rooms are clean and very nice maybe more channels on the TV lol because we couldn't find much to watch but nothing major. We had no serious issues. We would recommend staying here to our family and friends.
