Michael was incredibly helpful during check in. Not only was he quick to get us checked in but he was helpful in getting us settled quickly. We arrived late with an infant and before we even got to our room he was bringing in a crib. The amenities were generally fine although quite a few, like the elevator, were in disrepair.

We picked this for a last minute stay in Amarillo primarily because it’s location, but also for the indoor pool. We were disappointed that the pool renovation wasn’t advertised on the orbitz website because our kids were very sad not to swim. They gave us a partial refund, which was great. Besides the pool, the hotel was very clean, conveniently located, had a great breakfast selection, and my kids loved having Netflix on the tv. We’d stay here again!

The Manager Brandie is amazing. We had a hicup with our booking through expedia. We booked a suite but thay room type wasnt available. She got us a room plus a roll away. She also helped me resolve the issue with expedia.. then she checked up on my family later on. She went above and beyond, kudos!
