Sleep Inn & Suites

I really liked the people working there. Everyone was so friendly and thoughtful. I was here for family member in the hospital. Location was convenient, room comfortable, it was close to the places I needed to go, and was quiet. Most importantly, traveling alone, I felt safe. Breakfast, while not a 5 Star restaurant, was hot, filling, and a pretty good variety. I’ll be returning to Abilene and staying here as necessary.

There were many issues with maintenance and upkeep. The thermostat display in the room was broken. The door to the room wouldn't close unless you pulled up on the door handle with about 30 lbs. of force. There was only one trashcan in the room; no trashcan in the bathroom or facial tissues. If you need to spend the night only and don't need frills and don't have problems feeling secure, this is a great site. As a 6' tall 220 lbs man, I was fine with this place. I would not recommend it for families unless budget is your primary concern.

Very quiet stay, comfortable beds, breakfast(especially breakfast potatoes and the waffles)was good and coffee was very good for my families liking. We would stay again!

Horrible from the minute I walked in, room smelled of wet dog. Employees were never around. Breakfast was salty and gross. Shady people at this hotel and I did not feel safe with my children there. Moldy shower curtain. Ac unit leaked water all night which made it super humid. Will never stay again

I liked that it was alone. I didn’t like that the pool was closed because I booked it for the kids to play in, and it didn’t mention it was closed. Two of the the emergency fire extinguishers were broken with broken glass still intact had to really watch my kids walking that they wouldn’t touch very very unsafe.

I had two kids, a dog and a late check in from 5 hrs of driving. The woman at the front desk was smiling, friendly, and accommodating. Everything went smoothly and I was happy.

Buyer beware. Unethical business practices. I booked this stay in advance and was unable to stay. No person was in the Lobby to sign me in/give a key. No worker present on the entire premises. Whoever was tasked with manning the desk on 1/27/2023 needs to be fired. I walked up and down the halls screaming for 35 minutes trying to get service. I called all of the numbers associated with sleep inn multiple times—no answer. Now they are refusing to refund both nights. I will be making a formal complaint to the BBB. Completely unethical business. I had to stay at a different hotel and my children didn’t get to sleep until well after ten at night. I am mad. They will see my one finger solute on the security camera.

The hotel look nice and spacing but somebody almost break my door and nobody was able to tell who was or provide some security , my kids got scared for ever .I asked for cameras but they didn’t help me

My family and I were very comfortable. The room was clean and roomy. The location was near the University where we watched a football game. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful and very comfortable sleep during our cross country road trip. They were happy to welcome all of our four legged family members as well as our six person family.
